Staff is super friendly! Jose at the front desk always greets me and puts a smile on my face. A good variety of equipment and they put effort into keeping it all organized. Super convenient location for me. Just wish they were open 24 hours as they initially advertised.

The workers are friendly! Gym is always clean and neat! I always use their women's workout area because it makes me feel more comfortable so that's a BIG PLUS ! I highly recommend.

The new location opened this week and I couldn’t be happier about it. I’ve been to many many gyms throughout the DFW area and this is by far my favorite. A few things that are huge hits to me 1). Free WIFI for guest. 2). Childcare included in membership 3). Women’s only workout and sauna area 4). Good quality water in fountain 5). Really close and convenient. I don’t care about facility not being 24hrs b/c I personally wouldn’t go late at night. I understand that it’s new, so things change as it get old... I’ll be sure to update my review as my opinion changes.-update: They no longer offer guest WiFi- however, everything else still remains the same. I’m still pleased with the services offered through this location.

My husband and I traveled from Houston for a few days, and on the evening of our arrival, we decided to check out this gym. Our home gym is in Clear Lake and I must say, this gym is much bigger. Nice and spacious. The team members were very helpful and very patient with us. The reason why I gave 4 stars is because we had to wear masks during the workout. I have no complaints about the rules, however, I didn't like breathing in my mask while doing cardio. I felt constricted. That's the only reason why I give 4 stars. Stupid covid. 🙄 On a scale of 1 to 10, though, I give this gym a 10.

Equipment is always operable.They have a kids area which is awesome for single parents or couples that loves to workout and not far away from kids. Of course the kids area have different hours of operation than the gym itself.Dry sauna is a wonderful addition to the gym for repairing muscles and getting a good sweat after being in there for 10mins.Be aware, the Gym can be a social club at times. So there will be alot of communicating from time time while using equipment.Great gym, wish it was 24/7 like the other locations😓😓.

I love this gym FD Ariana is very helpful at check in. Everyone in general are very nice .. when it comes to having questions and equipment issues. I love the sauna room mainly. The hours are very convenient since I have a new born and the daycare is a plus !!! I really recommend this place..:)

I have never been to a gym that has a basketball for the kids club or a separate working area for women, which was a brillant idea! Really enjoy this gym and the environment, as well as, the affordable monthly payments. This is really a unique type of gym with all the whistles and bells, except for a pool, but there's so much exercising equipment and accommodations for any and everyone, you forget about the pool, while you're chilling in the dry sauna.

I love this gym very close to home and has every equipment, I love the women’s area! I just wish the club was open later on Fridays-Sunday’s as well as the kids club. I take my 5 month old to the kids club and never had an issue in fact I love the way the take care of her they are always happy to see her! :)

The gym is cool. Great equipment and sauna and very clean on the inside. The outside could be cleaned a little better. But the reason I have them 2STARS is because over 20 vehicles have been stolen from this gyms parking lot. The gym still haven’t got security to patrol the parking lots. Also to add insult to injury they tow cars even tho parking lot is usually packed to capacity everyday after 6. It’s an uneasy feeling to be working out and be worrying about either your vehicle getting stolen or towed.

This place has great staff! Wether it being the front desk or the daycare center. My kids love, and I mean LOVE the staff at the daycare center, they’re always welcoming and not only do my kids leave with a smile on their face but I do too. Very clean place, great machines to work out on. Definitely recommend this gym if you’re looking for a fun, clean, welcoming staff area.
