Fitness Connection

The facility is cool, but they have a problem opening the gym on time. Currently 5:37, still not open. Supposed to open at 5:00am. I'm headed home to do some push ups or something. This happens a lot, not always this late, but a lot.

Good gym for the price, social distancing is enforced with 😷 mask and 🧤 gloves required to use any equipment. Most of the equipment is in good working condition, if not they fix it usually the same day or the following day. Different cardio and weight machines available, classes are still offered like cycling and dance. …

I am far from satisfied with how much equipment is broken in the women's side and how how long it has been broken! Also if the gym is a little busy its still hard to get some machines because so many aren't working. We pay way to many fees and monthly's for this to be an issue.There should be a certain standard for how this business and establishment is maintained for how much people pay.please dont tell me its because of social distancing like all these other businesses excuses. I have been to other locations and this is not the circumstances everywhere..I love the staff, and I love the environment regarding to the diversity of people. you dont go wrong there.

I tried to give Fitness connection a try because of the price but I rather just not anymore. In my opinion it is not worth it at all. The biggest problem I face is the crowdedness and the loads of machine hoggers there are. Can never have a fully coordinated routine without having to wait altogether. The women’s section is always crowded and as a woman, I’ve been harassed at this location. Weights are never put back, so people just keep them next to them even if they’re not using it. Some men tend to give you a creepy stare and make you feel uncomfortable working out. I rather go to a gym where I feel comfortable and people know how to be courteous.

10$ membership turned into $500 because this facility has towing companies monitoring the parking lot. They don’t give you any warnings they just tow your 65 thousand dollar car right as they are closing and could care less. I get this is a poor neighborhood and needs to make its money someway or another but cmon. As a club member I expected them to look out for me. Never coming to this place again. Be careful at this place.

I’ve been a member at Planet Fitness for 10 years now and I just went to Fitness Connection for the first time to try it out. I was very impressed with the gym and equipment. The ladies only area was very impressive and had me leaning to switch over to this gym. The best part to me was the sauna though. It’s inside the ladies locker room. It’s huge and very hot! Loved it! I was not impressed however with the lack of cleanliness. There were lots of paper towels on the floor and trash cans were full. I also enjoy using the total body enhancement and tanning beds at PF, so not sure I’m ready to leave that. BUT, child care while you work out included for $10 a month??? Very intriguing.

My vehicle was stolen at this location on the afternoon of August 26th of 2020. This location has tow truck companies towing your vehicle if you violate parking regulations, but no security patrolling the premise.I canceled my membership & request the manager of the fitness center to waive remaining membership fees. Seeing that the day my vehicle was stolen he was there & he knew what happened the day of. He never waived the fee even with knowing the situation.They cared less about my experience. Also to note... They're responding to every other review besides my own, which says a lot. Let that sink in.

No complains, new and decent gym, great deal for the price.I am however cancelling due to the COVID-19 pandemic. I had a hard time finding cancellation information on their official website at this time.I did however find this attached photo on a Yelp review. I hope it helps someone as it did me.

I love this gym. The guy that is there every morning is always polite. It gets 4 stars because the basketball court hours are different from the gym hours and this location is yet to go 24hrs like many of us was told.

I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the energy of the employees! My children also enjoyed the kids club and the workers were engaged with the children! When you walk in the gym Tracy always greets me with a smile and the managers are always available to answer any questions!
