I love planet fitness the staff is very pleasant to be around , friendly , welcoming they also assist you in every possible way the place is always cleaned and sanitized I highly reccomend this location I love the massage chair and workout area

Staff was patient and attentive to my concerns with registering. Not the best gym but it’s what you expect from a planet fitness. Has most of the equipment you would need! Only complaint is the leg machines are cluttered together with little space.

Planet Fitness in Dallas TX is nothing but scum. The gym on Alpha Rd is nothing but filthy organized criminal gang activity. My hope isthey shut the place down. The garage is filth! Their security is low-life African human traffic! Unerving and disgusting!

I know I'm too broke for LA fitness.. but is it too much to ask to get walls around the toilet?

I visited this location from out of town. Compared to my home club, the upkeep of this location is shocking. The weight machines were not well maintained at all. They all need greasing and maintenance. One of the machines in the 30 minute express circuit was out of order. I wasn’t surprised given the condition of the other machines. In the women’s locker room, towel hooks were broken off and there were no shelves in the showers to put toiletries on. The lockers are see through so I didn’t feel secure leaving my bag, and they are also somehow too small to fit a regular sized gym bag in. This club is in a nice location. Hopefully Planet Fitness will put some time and money into maintaining this club going forward.

ABOUT THREE MONTHS and still waiting to hear from the manager or a simple email reply. Your autommated answers for reviews are pointless. This Planet Fitness is awful!***TWO WEEKS UPDATE: Still waiting on the manager to answer back about my situation. Definitely, they don't care about customers nor safety on their premises.***There are thieves on premises. Someone broke into the lockers and stole. Staff wasn't able to help.Location not recommended.

Very clean here. You know for public guns especially ones like this that's unusual. You can tell the staff really play their part, but so do the guest.
