I was visiting from AZ and used the facility 3 times during my stay. It was clean and they had a lot of newer equipment. I will go back on my next visit to CT.

We had selected a guest pass to Danbury planet fitness today to have a look around and join the club. It was very much disappointment as nobody cared to even bother to explain or escort around the areas of the gym. I would not recommend this gym to any new joinies. They do not respect and welcome you(especially the front desk)!!

I havnt beet to the gym in a while so whn i started back here it can be awkward at first. But i havnt had an any issues. A multitude of diffrent people and age groups. Locker room was clean and open, bigger than most. Great prices. Everything is clean. And yes that awkward feeling goes away.

I enjoyed this gym when I first started in 2017, Lamar was the trainer at the time never had any complaints, but since he moved on, the new employees are highly unprofessional and unhelpful. My friend and I made an appointment with the trainer for 6am today. Not only was she late, but by 6:30 my friend and I were already leaving when we saw her at the front desk just chilling .When asked did she forget about our appointment she laughed and said "I probably did"... Very appropriate right? No apology until I called her out on it. The staff needs more training.

Lots of machines to use. Not as crowded and user friendly equipment. Working out is a grind so the boredom doesn’t bother me. Bring music if you don’t like country 24/7. Bring locks thief’s will prey on you can’t even slip up even for a few minutes. The world is a sad place, but life moves on.

Good, clean gym for an affordable price. Staff is usually friendly. Pretty good amount of hours during the week but longer hours on the weekend would be great. Wish there was some form of aquatics but other than that its a good place.

Good gym for beginners. The problem is that the gym tries to keep you a beginner. They've got free bagel day or pizza day multiple times a month. I love the marketing scheme, but hate the logic behind it.The equipment and facility are clean and well maintained.

Great gym if your looking for a low pressure atmosphere. Always clean, probably the only "quiet in a peaceful kinda way gyms" I've ever been to. The only complaint I have is that the gym could use more equipment variety.
