Some of the staff is personable and friend some are not.... This gym facility is too small for the number of members seems packed a lot of the time I requested an extra bench set to relieve the wait time and the management seemed to have ignore my ( multiple ) requestsRevised downward again: you will wait if you want to work out your chest still no fourth bench even though there is room for it....

Love this planet fitness (Michigan avenue and Telegraph Road in Dearborn)!!!! It is always immaculately clean and efficiently run. Danny, the manager, and his staff are just amazing. The trainer, Andy, is terrific----he really knows his stuff, motivates me to work harder and achieve my goals, and keeps the workouts fresh and interesting. I have been to other planet fitness locations and this one is the best!!!

I've been going to this location since it opened. The facility is always so clean. Danny and his team are always helpful and polite. I complained 2 days ago about lack of upright bikes ( some are out for repairs) . Today there were 2 new bikes. Danny called a friend and borrowed some from another gym. Thanks a bunch Danny!

Smaller than other Planet Fitness gym's that I have been to. Doesn't have a hydro massage for black card members like others do.

I was a PF member was 3 years in PA. Went here to checkout the club and apply for new membership and my 6 year old had to go to the bathroom but staff made such a fuss over it. I will go to Crunch instead.

Very good gym, has some of the best equipment. Went around evening time and was able to use all equipment as needed. I would definitely come back to this gym.

Good beginner and intermediate gym. Can pre pay year with credit cardLose one star for not allowing monthly payment with credit card, only link to bank account. Need to turn down/off too loud PA music, since we all have a smartphones for music and all have varied music tastes. Wifi sometimes overloaded/slow, but I can usually listen to YouTube music and Google play and Amazon music over wifi. Good job keeping clean and machines up to date and working

Management must think we live in a comunist comunity learn how to treat people dont expect much from a 20$ membirship but feel bad for the owner that investid all that money and im sure that once something ealse opens in the neigborhood you will understand where u guys went wrong managment is rude and that makes the rest of the employes apply the same personality its simple if you guys dont like your job finde something you like doing and dont mess it up for the owner 5 guys behinde the counter scanning passes good luck to the owner with his managment

I came here at 3am after work one day and i’m wearing a tank top and black spandex workout shorts from dunhams (same thing I wear everytime I come to workout) and a worker comes up to me and tells me I can’t wear these shorts because they are “basically underwear” and that “the manager will always say something to me” when no one has ever said anything??? All the while There was a worker just sitting on a machine talking to a customer for like 20 minutes while I had gone to the mirror to take a snapchat (very common thing people do, not like I was doing anything wrong) and according to the worker who felt the need to say something to me about my shorts, it apparently made the other worker who was getting paid to hang out and sit around talking to customers mind you, “uncomfortable”. So Will definitely be canceling and sticking to crunch. For a judgement free zone, I sure felt pretty judged with a lot of jealousy. Yikes.

Early this morning (shortly after midnight) I went there with my son, we realized they couldn't charge him and we were trying to pay.The agent (who wasn't sober) refused and said we can leave.He stated he will be more than happy to cancel my membership as well. I asked for his supervisor and his response was ( this is PF no sups or manager).He kept using my last name as my first name in a tone that explains he is intolerant to certain people (i.e: discrimination).He went ahead and cancelled membership and now they are srsti trying to charge me.Update****I take this review back.... I meant pf on Ford road in Dearborn....Apologies.
