One of the trainers takes over the sound system in the green room and blasts country music so loud you can't turn your headphones up loud enough to tune it out.

Over the weekend I signed up for year membership. My 2nd day using this gym after finishing my workout I returned back to the locker room only to see 2 ROACHES crawling near/into the lockers. Not sure if they are doing any pest maintenance but they definitely need too. They really need to install all new lockers because the locker room is run down anyway. As for the equipment and workout area, no complaints there. But now I’m scared to utilize the lockers in fear that I will bring pests home.

So far it's been great first time back in the gym in years love it so farAll right it has almost been a year and it is still a good place to work out it's a little crowded with the new year but it's still ok 👍🏾 …

Gym is good and big. Not overcrowded. My fiitness trainer was awesome too. My only concern is the poor membership policies for personal training programs. Very expensive. It's a total scam dont fall for this. The local manager was super intimidating when reached out for my concerns with her. Managers keep on chaging so you dont know whom to ask questions. Never fall for training programs trap. Go to local ymca instead much friendly and resourceful.

Most of the workers are chill, they pretty much have all the equipment that you need for gains. The only reason I give it a 4 stars instead of a 5 is because the sauna smells like wet dogs.

Definitely a scam I walked in to figure out a plan with 1 of the trainers whom failed to tell we were meeting up at a gym because I've already had planet fitness. Within 10 minutes he was talking about 200 dollars for 6 session and I immediately told him I half of it. Training went well at first but after I felt like I was about to pass out and literally had to lay down with my feet in the air. I literally was about to faint. Never went back but I paid 65 dollars and got the plan for 10 dollars a month so whenever I was ready to go back I can, it's just 10 dollars. Today I've seen a withdrawal from my account of 49 dollar and I'm like that was not the agreement. The lady says oh that was an application fee. Immediately I told her that was not the plan I agreed to but the young lady on the phone seem to not care. Also they took the money off a card that was supposed to be use only 1 time and set up my account with a routing number and account number and when the payment declined they took it from the 1 time payment card. The payment declined because it was only the amount we agreed too that was in the account. I've now cancelled my account and she says they will still charge my card in October but after that they won't. Hopes this helps anyone looking for a gym my advice just go to planet fitness, it's cheaper and the trainers are free just have to book the time slot. Never again

Pretty good facility. Clean and organized. Almost every piece of equipment a person would need. They only have cheap commercial bars if you’re looking to train for powerlifting or to lift a meaningful amount of weight. Otherwise I like coming here. Pretty crowded in the evenings but otherwise plenty of space in the turf room and the free weight area.

Incredible value for the facilities they provide. Lots of weight training and cardio equipment, and a functional training area. Peak times can get really busy but otherwise it’s pretty easy to get in a great workout.

My membership agreement states that to cancel, I should send written cancellation to a PO Box in Texas. Two months after opening my membership I sent my cancellation there via certified mail, and it was returned as undeliverable. The only contracted method of cancellation is impossible!Edit: Fitness Connection responded quickly to this review, but only to put the onus back on me. I already attempted to cancel according to the terms of my contract. I tried calling the number provided, and it told me I was 18th in line. I have to work during the only hours that the line is open - I cannot sit around for hours waiting for someone to finally answer the phone to try to convince me to keep paying. Fitness Connection has an obligation to honor the cancellation policy in my written contract. Failing to do so is a breach of contract, and it's fraudulent.
