Mike and his staff hold this place to a high standard. The equipment is top notch, clean facility, great coaches and trainers that are highly qualified.A very friendly, inviting, and open environment that all fitness levels are welcome to. If I lived in NC full time, this would be my gym!!!Phenomenal place, come see mike and his staff!

This particular gym may be fine but Fitness Connection corporate has very sneaky and unethical business practices. The gym in Cary closed and they told me there was no further action on my part. Then two months later our credit card gets charged with an extra $80 annual fee. They said they transferred us to the Durham gym which is completely insane. The customer service representative was super rude and at one point said "Don't talk over me or I will terminate the call". They claimed they sent out a notification by email that said they where going to transfer us unless they heard otherwise. We never received and email. Even if we did....transferring the membership based on a one-way communication without a response is super sketchy. I am blown away with how this was handled.

Inexpensive gym membership, friendly staff, awesome Les Mills instructors! I struggle to get myself to the gym, but after a Bodypump class here, I am always glad I went! The class instructors are very motivating and help to push you to the end of the one-hour class. I gave 4 out of 5 stars bc the gym needs to offer more classes (although they likely struggle to hire people just like many businesses in these post-pandemic days).

Alert!!!! Very disappointed.Gym is okay but be aware of getting scammed! Firstly, if you plan to cancel the membership, be ready to cancel 2 months prior because they charge you for next 2 months. I cancelled my gym membership a year ago(July )by calling them and the guy on phone said they will have to charge until next 2 months(until September) and he also clearly mentioned that my membership will end from September and I was okay with that but they never stopped charging my bank account until a year after. They even renewed my membership. I called the customer service and they said they need the confirmation email they sent a year ago to refund my money. I was never told anything about the email at the time of cancellation. Now I don’t have email copy with me right now and they have not refunded my money. I tried calling the gym at Durham location, the one where I had the membership but they never answered the call nor return my call back.Make sure you keep all the emails from them and check your bank account and statements timely. They didn’t even gave me options to use my credit card which could have been easier to track.

Great gym! Very affordable and has, pretty much, everything you need to get a good workout. Their turf training section is great as well. Because it’s affordable and modicum size gym, it tends to get crowded in the evenings when everyone gets out of work, and you may have to wait some to use certain machines or squat rack. Still great gym though! I like their basketball court as well!

Was in town and was able to keep my workout routine on schedule thanks to the fitness connection. Had everything I needed, staff was also very helpful and accommodating. Next time I am in the area I will be sure to use this gym again.

I called this center looking for advice on how to rehab my torn rotator cuff. The gentleman named Quan invited me to visit for a tour offered me great advice on how to get stronger so i can return to work. I was pleased with his awesome customer service skill. I visited the facility and am now a member. This young man is an Angel. The best to him and his career. He is an excellent example of what fitness should look like. I will be bringing in another interested party to join.

First of all, Quan at the front desk is so friendly & answered all of my questions patiently! He helped make the decision of signing up super easy!Mike helped sign me up in, was very proficient and professional.Fair pricing!Looking forward to train with Rob, the master trainer there.

They have been charging us for the last three months even though we have not set foot in the gym since the lockdown. I spoke to Mike for 1 hour and he refused to refund the charges and even charged us for annual membership!!! He then very politely informed me he will be charging us one more month because he needs 30 days to cancel the membership.Its absolutely ridiculous that they are practicing such predatory billing practices even in these hard times. Fit Conn has lost my business forever!
