Affordable monthly memberships. Not to crowdy, even when most gyms are crowded. Staff are friendly. I witnessed a front desk person quickly assist a concern from a customer. Overall clean. Working machines, and different weights available. Many seem to like the classes.

So I just left after sitting, looking stupid at membership. I came in ready to sign up for a more expensive gym membership. As I walk in the guy dealing with me in the past doesn't even address me as a I sit down. He's sitting there with a older man that is waiting on a ride at his desk. Nothing is going on. I sit for 10 min with not even a nod but he looks my way a couple times. I wanted to sign up here because they have extra equipment that would be nice in my workout plan. No, this customer service is so poor and they can't even get their first impressions right. If you want to get tied down to a ridiculous plan, with a dirty facility and piss poor customer service come here. If not there is a gym I will become a part of down the Rd on Miami Blvd.

What to say... I was giving up all hopes on getting fit and healthy. Was going to cancel my membership, when I made an appointment with Mike for an assessment. Mike spent what felt like 3 hours talking to me. When I signed up for a personal trainer, I knew I needed help. With a bum knee that hurt to walk on, let alone do my job, I got Thaddeus! We spoke about what my wants and dislikes, along with my concerns with my knee. Thad made me feel like family, he shows me weekly how strong I really am, and how it is not impossible to have a knee that always hurt. No matter how much I complain or try to lie, Thad is all over it. When I have a concern about my workout he listens and modifys without the pain in my knee (pain is from me doing it wrong), and will explain things and help you outside of your time. I can go on about all the wonderful things about Thaddeus, I will just finish with, he is compassionate about what he does! I can see me staying with him after my contract is up. Thank you for the last 2.5 months.

If you're looking for a cheap gym filled full of people who facetime on equipment, trainers who film clients and disrupt your workouts and let's not forget the insta famous folks setting up their tripod to record their workout. Well then you're in luck this is the place for you.The equipment is alright but older and needing maintenance. The cleanliness, is subpar. The staff are friendly at the front desk but anyone else there could really care less. And despite what they say on your tour, it's always that crowded or worse. I would not recommend this gym to anyone.

I really like working out here because of the people, especially my trainer Josh Woolard! He has worked with my back injury and helped me develop confidence at the gym and with myself! All of the staff at fitness connection contribute to the fun atmosphere. Their turf room is also the bees knees, I spend most of my time at the gym there.

Vince is hands down the best personal trainer! He always pushes me and makes sure I step out of my comfort zone to become stronger. He is very personable and always asks how my week is going. He has taught me a lot about what exercises are best to help improve my target areas. I’m so glad I have a great personal trainer at Fitness Connection!

Really enjoyed the location. It was a little hard to find - right beside the Sheraton. I was amazed to see how clean and spacious it was for the price that they advertise. I LOVE the crossfit room and brand new weights - puts the $120+ a month crossfit gyms to shame! I'm an avid lifter and noticed that this gym has it all! Definitely check it out if you are in the area and need a place to exercise!

Weights are never put back in the right place, if they're put back at all. A lot of the equipment is old. Virtually none of the policies are actually enforced. The music is garbage. I don't mean that it is a genre I don't like. I mean that it is the same music. Constantly. I honestly think they put in a mix CD and just leave it on repeat. The tennis court is literally the worst I've ever played on. No waterfall water fountains for filling up bottles. They have an indoor area where you can simulate outdoor training, such as pushing/pulling a weighted sled, which is nice. The basketball court is decent, though it smells like if Death itself had body odor. The staff is friendly, though their efforts are not at all put towards policing negative behaviors or returning weights to their proper place. For the money, it is satisfactory. I would recommend it to a friend.

Great gym for the membership cost. I’ve been training with Thaddeus Wheeler for 7 months and he is excellent. He is flexible with scheduling, keeps workouts interesting and appropriately challenging, and gives you motivation when you need it the most.

Probably the best aspect here are the trainers. I have been a member almost since the facility opened and have been training continuously for at least the past five years. Currently Josh is my trainer, and I really appreciate the variety of workouts that he paces me through and that he can balance the need to build strength while being mindful of where my limits are overall and on any particular day.
