Gold's Gym Tierra Este

I’m so happy with my gym experience recently! The staff is always incredibly friendly and welcoming. Valerie always greets me with a smile and is always so willing to help me with anything I need. She really is the face of Gold’s and an outstanding employee. They have a lot of different equipment and the gym does a great job at maintaining the gym exceptionally clean.

Gym staff and management are not super friendly. They are not rude by any means, but they are very clicky and if you are not someone that posts gym selfies of yourself or are a local they don't really talk to you or go out of their way to make you feel welcome. In the 20 yrs of lifting at gyms this is the first and only gym that I haven't made friends with some of the staff or even had more than a handful of words to spoken to me.Also, gym layout could be better by not having weight training equipment separated so far apart and have better turf that allows for people to use it for its true purpose.

Absolutley love this gym, abundance of space, clean, friendly environment, and amazing staff, wanted to shout out a Trainer there named Rio, whenever I go there with my wife either in the early morning or afternoon he always has a great attitude, smiles, and goes out of his way to talk to us to see how we're doing! He also has awesome workout routines and that keeps me motivated to come back each day!

I love this gym. It’s always very clean, super modern, and the staff is awesome. Rio is one of my favorite trainers there. He has a great attitude and distinct way of pushing him self and others to trying unique work outs utilizing the full facility! 🤘 …

Hands down the most motivating and inspiring personal trainer I’ve ever had. RIO takes you to another level physically and mentally and drives you to rid your inner demons and push past your limits and treats you as a friend a mentor and someone who truly cares about you and your goals. His constant focus and commitment and communication to you while he’s your trainer is hands down the best I’ve seen from meal prepping to stretching to working target areas, I will never use another trainer! Especially one who stays in contact to keep you motivated toward your goals. And Tierra Este GYM is nice, clean good atmosphere sometimes crowded but when your one of the hottest gyms around with trainers like Rio its expected to be packed! Thank you for your customer service all around and trainers like Rio who generally care about your goals and drive you to success from one healthy happy disabled vet I salute Rio and golds gym.

Enjoy this gym way more than Planet Fitness it has a hot sauna and well maintained equipment. Just finished my first month with Rio as my personal trainer the workouts are way more intense than anything I’ve experienced in a long time. He always motivates me when I want to quit and always deliver a great training session.

Gold's Gym is by far the best gym to go to in El Paso. The staff is very friendly and willing to help. The gym is always clean. It is so big that, even when the parking lot is full, there is still plenty of room for everyone to get a good workout in. So many workout classes to choose from and there is something for EVERYONE. Highly recommended ❤

This Gym is not only FULLY equipped with anything, and everything needed to crush a good, & effective workout ;but also has a great staff! Gym is always clean, the employee's are for the most part always welcoming , friendly, &professional.Rio is one trainer in particular at this location whom always has a really nice ,positive ,& motivating presence. There are some days when I'm simply not that motivated to train &anytime I run into him he has a way of turning that around, and boosting my energy . He genuinely takes interest in his clients & overall gym environment.Rio always has good vibes, great workout tips,& plyometrics knowledge to share & that makes an awesome trainer!Thanks Rio for being a positive example &motivator!

I was told by the gym staff that I would not be charged for the months that they were close. Later I find out I still got charged; I call them to see why I got charged for those months. They offer me two free months so that I will keep my membership with them. Then the month that they told me it would be free, I got charged again. I contact the manager Andrea, so I get refunded for the month that they offer for free. And because I ask for the refund for the month they offer for free, she terminated my membership, and I am still waiting for my refund... Would I recommend the gym to my colleagues? No, I will not; an ethical business would have kept their word on what they offer to their clients.

Joined this gym about a month ago. I have had a great experience at Golds. I am currently working with Rio Mason. He’s awesome, totally professionally and motivational. This guy is a beast! He’s been very flexible since my schedule is crazy. I totally recommend you all go see him. The gym has great service levels, but you want to train with this man!
