Gold’s Gym used to be my favorite gym until they closed the kid’s club. It’s hard for me to get my workout in without childcare. However the staff is very friendly and there are lots of options for weight training and cardio. This is the perfect gym for people without children.

If you ever want to try a cycling/spinning class, this is the place to go! Kat is by far one of the best instructors I have ever taken a class with. She challenges you to push yourself to be the best. Classes are small so she pays attention to each participant to make sure you are in proper form and in case you need any help. You won’t be disappointed!

This location compared to Wedgewood is way bigger. It does have more people attend but not too crowded in the mornings. Plenty of cardio machines, squat racks, and machines. Its evenly spaced out. The staff is always in a good mood. One of the managers, Angela, is very involved in both and can be seen greeting people and picking up things that people leave behind. Gym is also very clean. I wish I had more gyms like this back home in L.A.. I'd definitely recommend to anyone traveling or looking to get in some good workouts.

I use to love this gym,but here lately it has been horrible yesterday my husband stated the men's restroom was absolutely disgusting and nasty the Ammonia smell was unbearable and the gym is soo hot in the afternoon it's like if their A/C doesn't work. And you even try to complain to management they will just brush you off and say your welcome to cancel your membership if you like. And on top of almost 5 treadmills out of service, A year ago Golds gym use to be spotless and clean, I feel like I am at EP fitness, I don't know which one is worse.

It’s a really nice gym. The people who work there and go are super nice as well! Communication with members could be better. I stopped going for a bit because I had some pregnancy issues and then had my baby. Now that I’m ready to go back, I just found out they don’t have the kids club anymore and it’s been gone for a month…I really hope they bring it back because I would have liked to continue going here.

Ellie is a great welcoming person when coming into the gym. I am not from Texas so coming in being welcomed with a smile was just amazing! Ellie showed me around the gym and included everything such as rules and equipment things. Definitely will be back!!

Golds gym is a very welcoming environment. Ellie I’d always smiling and greeting everyone who comes in. She helps members with any questions they might have. Overall, I have had nothing but a great experience here.

This is a fantastic gym! All the employees are super nice and take an interest in you no matter what fitness level you’re at. My experience with Gold's Gym has been and continues to be perfect. Convenience at its finest. A special shout out to one of the employees, Ellie. She’s always been very welcoming, kind and generous.

I started golds in February i believe and i was extremely nervous because this was my first time learning to gym alone, without depending on someone. I was nervous i wasn’t going to make friendships or have people to talk too. But, as time went on, everyday i was greeted at the front desk by 2 amazing people ! Mike & Crystal ! They always light up every time someone walks in & makes sure to greet them. They have made my gym experience better x10. Having people like this at the front desk is amazing for people like me who are naturally super nervous & want that little push. Every time i need something, they are always super kind & always super helpful. The gym itself is always super clean and kept really nice. I love golds & the community it brings together. It’s big enough & there’s a ton of equipment to enjoy, BUT nothing beats the faces you walk into ! The people are most important to me because that’s the first thing you see walking in. Love this place !

Valerie is the coolest buffest guy there, she gave me her workout and I’ve never seen such succulence. By far should be the most valued employee at Gold’s gym. She walks the extra mile helping members out, I appreciate her very much.
