Gold's Gym Tierra Este

Don't go to this gym, after 12 months of contract, they continue to ask for a payment month by month, then why is contract for? they closed one of the gyms without previous advise and they still want you to pay after an expired 12 months contract this never happened before beware I feel stolen. EP fitness and planet fitness never did this ever, don't go to gold gym liars. Over that they ask you to pay or they harrass you saying they will send your account to their legal team ridiculous beware if this people. Beware think twice before you sign with them worst experience ever.

Highly recommend this gym! I love how clean this place is and the availability of machines. I feel comfortable here especially with the outstanding customer service Angela provides.

Great costumer service!!! The front desk is so polite and patient when it comes to answering my questions. Avianka at the front desk has always showed me kindness and is so responsive with many of my concerns. If it wasn’t for the the front desk I probably would of switched to another gym.

Very motivating people, welcoming environment, all the trainers always on their feet ready to help and motivate all the golds gym members. I had an interaction with Jesse Arroyos and he was super friendly, helpful and motivated to be there.

I honestly love the gym. But I’m struggling to know when fitness classes are. The website is not accurate and the schedule is not put on display at the gym. You have to ask desk what’s happening that day. And hope your there for that time. There is a lack of attendance because of lack of promotion/times to attend classes. On the Instagram they only promote paying more to the gym to get a personal trainer. Hardly ever promote the fitness classes that come with your basic (expensive) membership. It’s a struggle to find out what’s scheduled for the day. I love all the fitness classes and the instructors. Golds just doesn’t promote them enough. They keep cutting their classes and hiring personnel trainers….it sucks. I don’t want a personal trainer. I want group fitness classes!

The gym is nice, always clean, my only complaint is that theres an over abundance of cardio machines to lifting machines, when the majority of people are using and waiting for lifting equipment. The best part of golds gym though, is the daycare, Claudia is really good with the kids! Shes seen my kid go from crawling to running around! Dope daycare lady 10/10 would recommend.

Traveled in to see some family for Xmas and wanted to hit the gym for awhile. The staff was awesome and let us in with little trouble at all, offered to show us the amenities. Equipment is all in great condition and most of the patrons wipe down machines when finished with their sets. All in all I loved this location!

UPDATE: I recently heard that the kids club might be shutting down?! I hope it isn’t true, as my husband and I specifically use this gym because we trust the ladies who watch over our son at the kids club. I’m 10 weeks away from having my second boy, and I can’t imagine having to find a new gym and new staff to rely on. I think I speak for many of the golds gym parents when I say taking away the kids club will have a negative impact on business, as I always see a significant amount of children being brought in. Not to mention the loss of two trustworthy employees as well.Original: I love this gym because of the daycare! I don’t think Claudia gets enough appreciation for the amazing work she does. My son cried so much when I first started dropping him off and I always felt so bad leaving him but she was so patient with him. She always communicates with me on how he was during the time in her care and now he loves going and I feel confident in leaving him there with her. I definitely think she should have at least one other person there to assist her but overall she’s amazing and she’s the reason we love Golds gym!
