Gold's Gym Tierra Este

Gold's Gym is the best gym I have ever been to! The staff are very friendly and helpful! Also the personal trainers here are very excellent! I currently train with Rio and he has helped me push my limits and train in a way that I never considered. He is very knowledgeable in what he does and he is constantly motivating you to keep pushing for one extra rep! I have never had a PT before but I chose to give Rio chance and it has been a great decision, as he not only helps you reach your goals, but trains you in a unique way where you will find out what you are truly made of! I strongly encourage anyone considering hiring a trainer to speak with Rio and I promise you will sign up with him!

I have been a member here for eight months now and I am so in love with the professionalism and quality of the gym! When I first signed up I was heavily involved with taking the group classes that were available and quickly fell in love with the cycling class that is taught by the most fierce instructor, KAT!!! She keeps the class going from the beginning to the end and what I love the most is that each of her classes are never the same, which is good and helpful to always switch things up! The music is also always on point and I highly recommend taking her classes and FYI they fill up quickly so try to get there 30-45 min ahead to get a seat! Thank you Kat!!!

Awesome gym!! Very clean and the customer service is superb!! I’ve always experienced nothing but disappointment and frustration with gyms in El Paso until this location opened up. Every employee from front desk to personal trainers to even customer service is friendly and professional. I genuinely felt welcomed every time I entered and loved the feeling of the “golds family”. I absolutely love Gold’s gym and the environment it has. It is always super clean and the staff incredibly friendly. Shelby, who works in the front is always the first to greet me with a smile and wish me a good workout. As I head in, I am greeted by a trainer named Rio who is as equally friendly as he is motivated in working with his clients. Rio is always great in having a positive attitude and making others feel confident while at the gym. Each day I workout I look forward to seeing Rio and Shelby and will definitely keep going so long as they are there!

I’ve been a Gold’s gym member for about 6 months and absolutely love this gym! All the equipment you can utilize during your workouts is there! I started training with Rio and love going to the gym even more now, his knowledge on exercise is untouched. Such an intelligent person with so much passion for exercise physiology, makes this gym a better environment when you have a person that goes up to everyone just simply motivating everyone at the gym and speaking knowledge about health and fitness. Definitely recommend this gym and Rio as a personal trainer!

Been working here as a personal trainer since October 2018 and I have loved every single day of it! The facility is the cleanest in the city! The equipment is all new, state of the art, best of the best!! This has personally allowed me to help some of our members lose weight, build muscle, and feel better about themselves.

Love this gym ! It has such a friendly staff it’s always so clean it’s very spacious love the classes Hands down I’m happy I ended up joining. I also have been training with one of there personal trainers there named Rio I would highly recommend him . I needed to get back on track let me tell you I’ve notice change in my body in such little time I can’t wait for the end results . Very genuine and helpful !!

I barely started my membership, but I have gone to the gym everyday since I got it. I really really love this gym so far. The equipment is great, It’s clean. The sauna is awesome. They have daycare for two hours a day that is nice and clean. Sure it’s a tiny bit more pricey than other gyms like planet or EP. but I’ve been to all of them and I have never looked forward to going to the gym more. So it’s totally worth it.

The new Gold’s is big, clean, and has ample equipment/machines to accommodate their clients. The staff is lovely, just like at their original location! I take my kids to the Kids’ Club every time I work out and the staff is so caring and helpful.If you are new to the gym or on a weight loss/strength building journey, I would highly recommend their personal trainers. Having a standing appointment with Jay keeps me accountable and I’ve seen real results since having my daughter in February.I highly recommend this gym!

I called ahead on trying out golds gym because i was looking to switch gyms. They told me i would recieve a 24hr day pass and a tour. Walked in to ask for a day pass and they guy was hesitant. Not plesant or welcoming at all. Right off the bat told me if I ever tried this gym I wasnt going to be able to have a pass. I had gone to golds gym previously 3 years ago. I had no idea I wasnt able to retry after 3 years. Horrible service and its really diaspointing to have wasted my gas after calling and getting promised a day pass. Never recommending this place to anyone. I left and went straight to planet where i had no problem with a free trial, and tour. Thanks gold. I saved money
