All you need to working out is there, nothing less. I've trained in several gyms in 3 continents, this one cleanest so far.I don't think people waiting for machines is completely gym's fault, some people just act inconsiderate and keep equipment busy and play with their phone, like it is their personal equipment.Edit: The gym is beginning to disappoint me, constantly missing some crucial part, or damaged parts are not replaced

I understand that many are abusing and breaking the saunas. However, this is an idea I had in mind. I believe Golds should invest in a camera inside the sauna along with a scanner outside the door like how we have to scan when we come in. That way EVERY person is time stamped when they go in AND is caught on camera if they doing anything. You would know who did what because the camera & scanner time stamp would both match together. Something I recommend would help YOU out along with US your customers.

Every night I go here and there’s no worker at the desk Instead I find the worker , working out with their girlfriend ? This goes with the last review about no worker being at the desk and having to wait 15 plus mins

Alma's spin class is absolutely amazing. Her energy at the 5 AM class is great! I opened up a membership just for her classes, which has opened up the opportunity for me to explore the gym.

I absolutely love personal training, HIIT and spin class with Alma. She is an AMAZING trainer!Only negative is there is always broken equipment that takes months to fix and for the last several months (in the spin room) there are more broken bikes than bikes that work.

After a year I came back to this gym so dirty bad maintenance on machines restroom and saunas smelling dirty no management around

It was great when I started using them, but mid my contract the day care canceled and didn't allow kids at all even to sit on the booth they have there.
