Gold's Gym Tierra Este

This gym is great the atmosphere is so positive and welcoming. The staff is very respectful and very welcoming.

By far the cleanest and most welcoming Gold’s I’ve ever been to. The staff is very respectful and knowledgeable which makes entering and exiting the gym fun

It’s one thing to have a nice gym, but another to have terrible customer service.I am all for public safety and everyone being safe…. However, this manger staff has blocked people from social media who have shared reasonable concerns due to their pandemic and weather excuses. They have charged the same price while reducing days, hours, and staff at both locations for two years.Find another gym; trust me.If trash workers, grocery stores, police, fire, nurses, doctors, etc have to go to work…. At the very least, many believe the owners or high level managers of this business should find it appropriate to open the gym without excuses to the community.

I don't live in El Paso anymore but have a Gold's Gym membership in Austin. This Gold's Gym is a franchise and they allow us to visit 14 times a year which I appreciate because I only visit El Paso a hand full of times. This Gym is clean and has what gyms are supposed to have, weights. They seem to have classes and a sauna as well. I do wish it had a basketball court though. Most gyms in Austin are multi level and have extra amenities such as pools, basketball courts, cardio cinema, stretching areas, spin (cycling) studios and class areas. While I visit it does the job well enough. Thanks.

Great gym! Nice and clean and plenty of space for your training sessions! Daycare experience, hours can be improved upon by having daycare during the weekends!

I was trying to max my bench once and then these two dudes came up to me and mocked me but one employee Micheal Soto (I will never forget his name) came up and talked to the dudes then proceeded to tell me I'm doing amazing. I've never had problems after that I hope to see Mr.Soto move up hardest working man I have ever met

When will the leg machines finally be fixed?? It’s been months and there's about 4-5 leg machines that have been out of service for more than a month now. I understand it may be difficult to schedule a maintenance to fix them however, I would appreciate an update of them being fixed soon please. Thank you.

El Paso locations gives Golds Gym a bad name. Poor maintenance. Attached a machine broken since May (it’s September). They removed child care, and both El Paso locations close earlier than other locations (3pm on a Sunday).

Unfortunately the sauna is on lockdown for the boys right now…we are all on punishment for the sauna breaking.. u will need to take turns first come first serveStay completely hydrated your in there alone with the door locked so u definitely don’t wanna pass out. U will sign a waiver for this reason so be prepared(DUE TO MEMBER incompetence) what golds gym has laminated on the door.Loved golds gym for it socializing and support after intense workoutsHope it can go back to the way it was soon.
