I visited this location last month for the first time. In fact it was also my first time ever in a Gold's Gym. I was blown away by the cleanliness, hospitality and range of equipment. I highly recommend this gym! Super pumped to visit again. Thank you Anton, Andrea and team!

Make sure to bring your winter coat even in the summer. Never been in a gym where they prefer it freezing cold in the free weight area. They have a perfectly good working AC and these GIANT fans that you can’t escape.

I have been going to Gold's Gym on Wedgewood on and off since it opened. Really enjoy it, it has a friendly atmosphere, is well-equipped, there's sometimes small issues but Tony fixes them in no time. I love the cycling workouts with Julie and Jade.

Although they don’t have a weekend pass, as I was just visiting for the weekend, I did take advantage of their 24 hour pass and I’m glad I did. Gold’s Gym lives up to the standard and the hype.

Always the best even better than the one on zaragoza because the air conditioning works and the facilities are taken care of. The zaragoza one the bathrooms are dirty, the equipment is dirty and broken at times, the fans are never on so it hot AF in there. Why am I paying a membership when y’all are keeping it cool and the hvac system working?

The staff is what makes this place extraordinary. Don’t get me twisted, the equipment is top tier, but it’s the staff that’s captured my loyalty

The gym itself is adequate if you already know what to do or are a veteran in personal fitness. It's unfortunately under egregious management in the personal trainer department. This lack of essential resources makes it unwelcome to newcomers or trainers who need assistance. Angela Torres in particular is the manager in charge of department hiring and training the personal trainers. It is apparent that she has found it difficult, or rather impossible to keep any personal trainers on staff for more than a few months. Upon further research, the turnover rate of personal trainers in the Gold's Gym in the El Paso region has been abysmal for several years. This can only be the direct result of Angela Torres's mismanagement and incompetence in this department. And I personally haven't been able to continue working with one of the trainers there who apparently had stayed on the longest at only TWO YEARS! Until management is changed, or another manager, replacing Angela Torres's position--whose PRIMARY job is in REAL ESTATE--this will continue to be my review for this region's Gold Gym.
