Not enough equipment and the gym it self is very small. It's very hard to get a decent workout in when in the evenings at this location

It's pretty cramped but luckily they are moving soon so it'll be better. Hygiene is really good and the environment is nice.

Once again...Great gym but front desk staff needs more training. Stella doesn't seem to know how to operate the tanning bed. This was around 655 am today. She will always say the system is down on more than one occasion, when asked to program the tanning beds or any of the other black card items. Possibly she needs more training or you could provide a manual to help her.

For a multi-million dollar company you would think that more than half their equipment wouldn't be run down or broken. This specific location has over 15 things under maintenance or broke.

It's clean , the equipment is awesome but it gets to crowded. By the time you get to use a machine, dumbbells or the Smith machines you already have cooled down. Other than that it's a great place to workout.

Just canceled the membership after 2 years. This place wouldn't consider a first-come-first-served line system with so many people trying to use the bench presses. I waited literally 25 minutes standing for one bench press and couldn't find one available. After talking to the two front desk people, they kept insisting that this was how things are run here at this gym. Well, clearly I see that, and it's inconvenient and unpractical. How is it fair for someone to wait 25 minutes when the other guy just walked in and took the bench press at the far end while I'm standing from the opposite. The front desk flat-out rejected my proposal of building a line system so that people don't have to wait long. Rude and unprofessional. They never, not once, tried to resolve the issue with me. They kept insisting on their old, unfair ways, saying "this is how its done here." Their clear massage to me is if I don't like it, I can leave. Well, I sure am leaving. Glad I canceled the membership. Will be going to anytime fitness, instead.
