Management kept place clean most of time

Small gym… but customer is great .

I have been a member of this gym for a while, this gym has helped me grow so much i cant thank enough, the staff and most gymgoers who workout there are nice, caring, clean after themselves, but if there's a downside, it is that people who come with a bunch of friends. Now why is that problem some might say? They use the machine for longer than necessary (close to 40 min or plus, is this normal?) due to chatting, joking around, etc. At one point they were talking and laughing so loud, it was hard for me (and others) to stay focused even with the earphones on. Where is the lunk alarm when its necessary haha? Not only that they were moving around and pushing each other thoughtlessly and coulve potentially injured other ppl doing a dumbell press or any other workout in the dumbell section. Coming here with friends make it all the more fun to come to the gym but it think to a certain extent, they have to be respectul that there are others around. I think the gym enviornment would be much better if the staff here would nicely and gently advise a group of friends coming here to be a bit more mindful and quiet down a little and add hack squats plz!

Love the changing rooms and the showers were warm but the drains need some TLCFront desk was very polite

I will never go to a Planet Fitness again. They will hang up on you repeatedly if you call to cancel your membership, even if you are military. I was told in person given my situation that they would be able to cancel by phone. They take your bank account information and with the customer service they provide, I do not trust them to cancel my membership by mail. Like it isn't 2023.. Plus the gym is crowded beyond ability to use the times people want to go. STAY AWAY FROM PLANET FITNESS.

Has quite a bit of equipment but it's all the same brand. Life fitness is good but they would serve customers better if they had other options. Maybe some nautilus, cybex, etc...Some body types work better with different brands.

Very clean customer service is outstanding and great gym overall

The soy boy staff member who works here keeps sounding the lunk alarm because the grunts of other gym members makes them scared and keeps them up at night. Boo hoo grow up and stop being a baby.

Has its fair share of issues from time to time. I like the fact that I have access at any hour cause, of my duties and schedule. Down side being that everyone else goes here so it's usually all ways crowded. Don't seem like you can request songs or access the TVs or put your check in points to the gear any more
