I'm a black card planet fitness member and by far this is the only facility I have problems with the enhancement machine . The total enhancement machine SUCKS. In the other facilities I been to I can choose the mode (1-4) I want and it's easy to operate. In this one for some reason it's complicated to even start, I asked the guy to help and all he said was "just press the side button till it says off than 4 up" okay I couldn't get it to work so I asked him to do it for me which he did, but I mean that's it. Like. I couldn't get the mode of intensity I wanted. The lights on the machine went off with still 3 minutes left of the exercise and it stopped the floor vibration 2 minutes before my time was up... You could still see the timer counting down... I wish the guy that helped me would of been more professional and helped me get what I wanted. I just got out of there, got my friend I had brought with me and just went to another gym instead. Also the guys jeans were ripped from behind by the belt (khakis) I just didn't say anything because I didn't want to embarrass him

I love the whole no judgement thing. There are people of all sizes. I just wish they really monitored the 30 min. Workout. People sit at the same machine up to 30 min on their phone or using machine. Either way for those of us that want to do it, well too bad!! Would have given 5 stars if not for that.

Decent enough gym with lots of TVs, Mills and whatever you may need. Sometimes people will move stuff around but usually it gets out back. Though I would recommend wiping down whatever you use. Never showered here but the bathroom and locker room is clean.

Every time I go to this gym the staff is very friendly. They've even helped me before when I forgot to change my old cc on file to the new one. I'm always able to workout the body part I want and there's always staff walking around now making sure it's clean and refilling the paper towels. It's a nice gym.

Visiting family.. Possibly moving to area soon... Needed to find a good gym since 24 hour fitness not in El Paso... Went on to try out and Evelyn was at the front desk and immediately was very helpful.. Instead of trying to sell me or tell me to buy a day pass (like issiah at anytime fitness) she helped with a 3 day pass to try out and just mentioned the special (which btw is a great deal).. So great staff employee Evelyn is... Great fun also just a bit too cold... But still good equipment clean good lockers and lots of equipment... Found my gym when I do decide to move..

Good hours, only reason I keep this gym. Few staff are friendly. The water fountain is always hot. They follow the rules they want to.

They are usually out of paper towels so you should bring your own towel to avoid touching someones sweat. Over all ok nothing to distinguish it from other places, the free personal trainer is usually swamped and getting his attention can be hard.

Nothing is this "new" gym works. Water fountains are always broken and members have to ask staff for drinking water. Then the staff hesitates to give members water like if staff is paying for it. Then urinals are always broken so there's urine all over the bathroom floor.Also, 3\4 of the paper towel dispensers never have any towels. This gym needs a new management!!!

Love the location...finally something close.Love working out....but please people that can't part with their phones for one hour...get off the machines while you browse your fb...let those of us that are serious about working out use what we need to reach out goals...Starbucks has plenty of empty chairs....

Staff is extremely rude, it is unclean, smells awful. They always start closing half an hour early on weekends, rushing people. They allow kids to train. The managers are usually 18 year old kids that don't know anything about being professional or courteous.
