We need extended hours ! I have been paying for this membership for a long time and I haven’t been able to workout regularly ever since they changed the hours. Giving it a couple months before canceling

The place is great and equipment top notch. BUT the music is very loud...you shouldn't have to wear earplugs to work out. A good beat is nice, I get it. But please don't blare it!

Too machines never work or are always out of order. Hate cleaning a machine for use, only to find out it's not even working! Staff is often difficult to reach, especially for Black Card services. Very few machines compared to other locations means waiting on often someone to finish.

I went to a PF store to cancel membership and they refused. Told me I signed up somewhere I never been before and had me call them. They then told me no I have to drive all the way there to cancel membership even though I'm the only one in the world with my legal name... anyways screw them again cause I just called my bank and did a stop payment so hah! Rude manager Juan at the store I called even threatened me after telling him what I wanted to do and I'm talking like a rational adult. I guess you sure love your members... money.. close my account and I'll drop this review. 40 a month for this kind of customer service isn't worth it. Prices go up with the longer I've had ya'll. Byeeee...

Needs small lockers not just once in locker room and free up some room for free weights. Other than that great gym, great workout. Hours are also need adjusting. And a couple more cleaning stations would be good. 4.3

I am extremely disappointed with planet fitness as a company. Being in the military, I have move around pretty often. I called my previous planet fitness gym around October 2020 to cancel due to the military not allowing me to attend gyms off of military posts. I was told I was able to cancel over the phone because they needed to verify my ID. I was able to physically go to the planet fitness I registered at today. I went in to cancel my membership and the only thing they asked me for was my phone number… No ID check at all. This simple reason is why I will never do business with this company again. I was refused cancellation of my membership for MONTHS for a crazy excuse.——It does not make sense that someone cannot cancel their membership over the phone; however, you can walk into the location and cancel it without an ID. All I was asked for is my phone number. They don’t even know if it was me who actually cancel my membership. If you all are going to create these types of policies, follow them.

Please buy new Matrix Climbmills. Matrix is the best brand to buy. Most of your inventory is old and poorly kept. I travel to many of the El Paso Planet Fitness locations; almost all have two or three working climbmill machines. These have been broke for weeks 😑 …

I try to go at less busy hours. Staff are friendly and helpful. Most members comply with safety requirements.

Manager and other staff are not monitoring social distancing. Manager was on phone instead of paying attention to people blatantly ignoring Covid precautions.

Love it , except pendale gym to packed , the crowd meters lie , they have few bars but you show up and are packed
