Requiring a mask as you walk from one machine to another, but meanwhile everyone is unmasked blowing all over… pointless. Many other PF’s require mask while working out… no deaths yet.

Nothing special, just convenient.Well, now the closed captioning for certain news programs has been turned off. I have asked twice at the desk of the Resler PF to return the closed captioning for the two overhead screens of the monitors set to CNN so that I can read the news dialogue as I use the treadmill. Apparently the owner or manager is anti-democracy as they will not allow the cnn captions to display while two Fox channels of 4 monitors do. Maybe its time to go to EP Fitnesd.

The staff really does not care about the pandemic. They'll let people roam around without a mask and once you bring it up to them, they'll stand behind the counter won't do anything about it.

Totally remodeled, super clean and new equipment. Staff is super friendly. All Westside Planet Fitness are top notch. ♥️ It!

I have asked them to cancel my subscription to this gym and got the run around. Now I will report them to the BBB, Fair Trade Commission and every consumer reporting group advocate that I can. These ppl are heinous and greedy, at this point they are stealing from my account and I 'm not going to sit idlely by and let them do it. If I could I'd give them No stars.

Turning off all the light 5 minutes before close yesterday was not only dangerous but also false advertising of hours. I get you want to go home early but the rest of paid to have those advertised hours five minutes of lifting or cardio makes a difference.

Have been going to this location as a guest many times. And out of a sudden they say I can no longer go by myself. Saying that the person with the membership has to be present in order for me to use the gym. If that is the policy fine but they should follow their policies and enforce them on everyone.

Love going here, especially in the mornings. The staff are nice and attentive, it is normally very clean as well. The crowds aren't too bad, but in the evenings it can get a little packed, however, there is never wanting for machines, as some are always available.

The staff is much nicer and helpful than in the other Planet Fitness. They are also respectful. I have only been here three times. As I am writing this, this is my third. But so far it has been a pleasant experience.

I was a member of this location for about four months and got totally frustrated with having to constantly going to the front desk to ask for paper towels for the cleaning stations.While the club was being "remodeled"., I was going to the club on mesa St.I came back to this club after they reopen because is closer to my residence, but I definitely will nor not be back there for any price.It was only two days after the club was reopen and I try using an elliptical machine and the machine was absolutely fitly dirty, it had old chowing gum in the cell phone holder and old dust all over the machine.You would think that a club that just got remodeled, it would have gone through a rigorous cleaning procedure. The equipment did not even get a simple wipe off before reopen.poor management and lack of sense of ownership is evident in this club.
