Been coming here thanks to the Summer program, but it’s not my first time here. A lot of other reviews talk about the crowd meter on the app being inaccurate, which it sort of is. I workout before they close, and the meter says it’s low, but it’s always medium to packed. Another complaint is the men’s showers. Perfectly fine when the soap is restocked, but when it runs out it takes them several days to almost a full week just to refill them. I don’t get how a place that’s open from 4-11 most days can’t refill the soap in anything less than a couple days. The rest of the stuff is fine. Equipment works, lockers and bathrooms are usually clean, and you don’t have to deal with people taking videos or hogging equipment, but the showers have been getting on my nerves for a while, now

Crowd meter is never accurate. Always packed and over crowded. You’ll never get in a workout.

Went by to check out the facility and they offered me a “Day Pass”. This allowed me to check out the equipment and site before deciding to become a member. Great Customer service, Good Equipment, and Nice location. Would definitely check them out if looking for a gym membership.

I don’t even have a membership with them and all of a sudden they tried to withdraw money from my bank. I called to report it they said they will call back and never did. I had to cancel my card and order a new one.
