I tried to cancel me and my spouse's membership (we moved away) and they say they need me to come in person or write a letter. Now I find they've charged forty dollars EACH . Sure sign up, but expect to pay close to 100 dollars to cancel if you can cancel at all.You should be able to cancel at a click of a button online. The only reason you make it otherwise is to pull more money out of people, what a very unethical business practice! I will be filing a BBB complaint.

Absolutely disgusted on how as soon as I enter this facility I got slapped by a horrible smell... I understand people work out and release body ordorsBut please invest on tougher disinfectant procedures and continously spray with Lysol, if it smells bad there's obviously bacteria Not healthy for members.... :/

Been coming for a month now and the staff here is amazing! I love that I can go workout and not be judge and have help whenever i ask! I really recommend this location!

Some people don't clean the machines after each use, the stairmaster was dirty with someone's paper towel and wrappers of gum the Smith machines are always occupied and it seems people leave their belongings so no one else can use them

The gym is fine, but the temperature of the gym is such a fatal flaw. For whatever reason, the heaters in this gym are always blasting. We're working out, we're sweating, the gym should be cooler to make up for that. There are a few fans, only half of which are ever active in the main cardio room, but good luck getting a spot directly under a fan with half of the treadmills being out of order.

Love this gym, everyone of the workers are top notch and freindly as can be. The lay out is very nice plenty of room. I miss my dark room treadmills. Always feel comfortable going here, and that means alot to me.

The largest, cleanest and best all around planet fitness I've been to in 3 states. From all over Florida, North Carolina and Texas. This place is huge! Staff is pretty friendly but the machines are well kept and clean. They work and have a larger variety then most. Best in the area. There are like 5 within 10 miles of each other and this one is the best.

Good but busy! Need to wait for machines since it gets crowded but the staff keeps the place hygienic so it's good and inconvenient both :)
