Planet Fitness

Very well maintained gym. Wi-Fi isnt the greatest for connection but I go to the gym to workout not surf the web. Great staff. They have everything you need to get in a great work out except an Olympic free weight barbell area or system. They use smith machine squat racks that double as a bench press/shoulder press and can be used for deadlifts. I would not recommend this gym to anyone that wants to do clean and jerk type lifting. With that said, they do have a separate crossfit area.

The layout and size of the gym is pretty nice, with areas dedicated to cardio separate from the rest of the gym, as well as the 30 minute work out areas.The staff is usually pretty helpful, especially Aaron on the graveyard shift who I've seen go above and beyond.Both the floors of the main gym areas and the locker rooms and restrooms are kept pretty clean.However, there are several machines in the main workout area that constantly fall into an out of order state, and most of the stair master machines and treadmills in the dark cardio room are in dire need of replacement, yet contrary to their sign haven't been updated in years.Lastly, I'm not sure why, but their wifi is kinda terrible, and only in the bright cardio room do you ever get a consistent signal, even during times where few people are there.

Very nice staff, clean gym I love going they’re better then ep fitness! At planet they make sure you know everything they’re is to know about the gym and what the different plans they have, they try to help you out as much as they can, they let me work out for free couple hours before getting my membership it really helped me decide on the gym! Ep fitness wouldn’t even let me look around they were concerned about the money more then to show me around and give me some respect

Great place to work out... the bad thing is they have thieves... Please keep an eye on your things or they will be stolen... my phone was stolen checked front desk no returned it. I've found wallets have taken to the front desk of the place always try to do the right thing... but not at planet fitness... I know it was not the staff but people who go there... so sad

Gotta admit the best planet fitness in el paso. Staff is great, and if you wanna get a good workout...nd I mean a good freaking workout I suggest talking to their trainer Chang as he will give you a hell of a workout based on what you want wether its for mass, cardio, leaning out, or working on just a certain muscle group, he knows what he's doing.

Best Planet fitness I have been to yet! This facility is gigantic - with multiple cardio rooms and a great weight area. The locker rooms have very large, private shower facilities. Overall a very upscale facility.

Everything was great there until they fired a really Great trainer, who actually motives you to achieve your goals. The only thing is that people don't know how to handle the pain or the work out why the hell would you get a trainer if you are weak on the work out. I hope that the manager and the Planet fitness "family" is happy for firing a GREAT TRAINER. Not setting foot there until Shae Camacho is back it's not his fault that there are people that just like to ruin other peoples life.

Not sure why people are complaining. From the day I walked in to this gym, staff has always been friendly and helpful. This is the biggest gym in El Paso so they have more equipment than the other locations. Even though it can get "busy" at times, there is always a machine available to work out in in case the machine you actually want is momentarily being used. With 2 cardio rooms, there's always machines available. People just like to complain and I guess they're using Planet Fitness as their punching bag.

Great place to get a good workout. Nothing fancy, but for 10 bucks a month, you can't beat it! The front desk staff are not generally keen on customer service, but as with any customer service, individuals vary. Most of them are cordial enough.

Hey I love working out here but I must say, the restrooms need to be cleaned more often. I notice the toilets get cleaned only the top part but if you look down at the front lower portion there is always feces there that lasts up to weeks to be cleaned up. Other than that this is the best PF Ive been to. Thank you!
