I like the St. Charles location but.. My renewal is up and they want me to pay $170 more than I paid just 2 years ago! That is ridiculous! They have only removed services like towels, equipment not being fixed. I text the machine fix company often to report it..

My last review was deleted, so i will post again. No one, not even staff here are wearing a mask. Your good hygiene is no good, if 30 plus people aren't complying with CDC guidelines. The poor cleaning staff is overwhelmed, while their rude and unfriendly gym staff sit and stay on their phones all day. Not only are Staff AND Members endangering themselves and their families, but also the COMMUNITY!!!. I wish i could be refunded the money for personal training. ill keep running around the park, this Covid trap is not worth the risk.

They took the towels away under "save the earth" claim, i would understand if you limit 1 towel for 1 person but what makes more sense then a gym washing towels, they also don't turn the ac on till 530 am I understand you are trying to cut costs down but don't take away things that you offered for our monthly payments when we were signing up. If I can find another gym around with similar equipment I'll be making a change, I've been a member of different xsport fitness in different cities and they all tend to go this route

Good luck trying to cancel your membership. Tried cancelling and the corporate office lost the paperwork, not surprised at all. Every time I tried to freeze the membership they managed to lose the paperwork as well. What horrible business practices. Take your business elsewhere, it is not worth the hassle

There’s about a 50/50 shot the treadmill you pick doesn’t work properly. Urinals are constantly out of order for some reason. The chiropractors that set up shop in the front always tell me my spine is crooked to get me to sign up for a “free consultation.” Sauna seems to be broken frequently. Can't seem to figure out how to get the roof to stop leaking when it rains. I would pay triple to switch to Lifetime if they ever opened one in the area.

The child care area is horrible. All of the toys are dirty, they look like they are never sanitized. The worst part and the reason why im review this place is because the employees or the personal they have in charge of the day care area in my opinion are incompetent. This is something serious because it is a daycare and I am supposed to trust and feel comfortable with who ever I’m leaving my child in care of but that is not the case. This is why I’m reconsidering my membership.

If I could give this facility zero stars I would for MANY reasons. When I had a membership there the gym itself was FILTHY. Numerous times I had seen blood on the mirrors and used sweaty paper towels everywhere. I had been told by staff members that I was acquainted with that the employees take other employees and members into the tanning rooms to have sex. Every time I walk in the staff is either on their phones or chatting with one another. I even witnessed a manager smack the butt of one of his employees while at the front desk which constitutes as sexual harassment.I had a tanning package here TWICE. Both times of which I tried to cancel and they never put my paperwork through, leaving my account to be charged for months without me even using the facility. When I tried to call cooperate to get my refund I was told it would happen ... to this day STILL haven’t received my first refund . For the second time I finally contacted my bank to report it as fraud. When I would bring my two year old son there - they had teenagers in the kid zone who were supposed to be supervising , and instead sitting on their social media’s . One time I picked up my son and he had a black eye , when I asked what happened the girl told me a kid punched him and she didn’t even think to call me into the kid zone to see if my child was ok. Don’t even bother going to corporate or the managers of the facility because they will do absolutely nothing for you . There is no professionalism here it’s a joke.

I've been a member here for 4 years. Its been great. Obviously, otherwise I wouldnt have stayed 4yrs. What is not great is the sales tactics...Time to renew my membership. Sales associate offers me the ad special. Being in sales myself, I know the best price isnt always the best price. Ad asks for $218 down at signing. After some back and forth the sales associate tells me, If I put 200 down he can "put the 200 towards the salon or personal training." This tactic I do not like. So I need to put 200 down so you can make your commission? But will charge 200 back to the gym? After going for 4-5 days a week for 4 years, this just ended my "run" here.

I don't care how nice of equipment a gym has, how many benefits you get from signing up, from basketball courts to the steam rooms. The most important part of any business is the employee behind the front desk, because that is the deciding factor between me going on amazon or buying from the store. When you come in ask for Joshua McCoy because this man has always greeted me with a smile, asked how my day has been, and has never sold me a supplement that I haven't 100% loved. This man deserves a raise and a promotion.

Ever since this gym got new staff, this place has been terrible. The locker rooms are always dirty, no toilet paper, towels laying all over the floor, garbage overflowing. The staff is extremely rude, unpleasant, immature and unprofessional. I asked a simple question and the 2 employees at the front desk laughed at me and roed their eyes. There use to be one male and one female employee that had exceptional custimer service skills and always happy greeting members. I wish I knew their names but I haven’t seen them in a while. They were great! Get rid of these new people or I guarantee you will lose members.If you’re looking for a gym, don’t sign up here!! Fair warning.
