The facility is usually very clean, and the staff is pretty laid back. I noticed they really kept up with the sanitizing with the covid restrictions. They don't provide a towel service, so plan on bringing one if you need to.

It's cheap and you get what you pay for. No dress code apparently. Alot of younger people and long walk from parking usually. Hot tub is closed only lap pool is open. No sauna ect.... but price isn't reduced despite the lack of services. Tanni is isn't great. Beds are not the best, no standing beds, no red light. No towels in the tanning bed. The trainers are hit or miss. Not great. I do love my trainer she is worth the membership. It's a step up from planet fitness really. To make it worse thr car wash has no one working and took my $10 with no wash. I was then left sitting with no solutions for almost an hour.

Dave from the front desk is a great guy. Professional, friendly and helpful!Edit: yes the staff is great, but they basically turned into Planet Fitness for the past year. It's NOT what I paid for, and other gyms like Lifetime are actually fully open and WORTH your hard earned money.

Never have I seen a gym where people clean up after themselves this poorly. Nearly every machine has weights on it all the time. As much as I love lifting weights, I’m not a fan of starting every exercise by cleaning up the previous user’s weights or trying to find a barbell for a bench. I don’t think it would hurt to have an employee walk through the upstairs area and tidy up every once in awhile.

If you try to cancel be prepared to still be billed. We filled out all the paperwork, but that doesn’t seem to matter. Then they direct you to corporate, which after being on hold for 30+ minutes, you end up getting very unprofessional customer service. They never put customers first. You will have to jump through hoops to cancel. I would never recommend this place, all they care about is billing you. If you quit get copies of everything as you will need it. Read all their other reviews ( see Yelp where they only have 2.5 stars), this continued billing is a common theme.

This place, as a so called "Premium Gym" and corporate gym, apparently can't do something as simple as maintain and fix their dryers. Easily been over 2 weeks of making customers use paper towels to clean themselves. I'm paying several hundred for the top membership so I can access these machines, but management seems to not understand how to call a repair service.

Beware, they will do everything in their power to prevent you from leaving when you want to cancel your membership. You can’t call to cancel membership, you can’t even quit in person if it’s not “normal business hours” even the gym says they are open 24-7. They do this to get every dime from you before you leave even though you aren’t even using the facility and you made it clear you wanted to leave. They also hit you with cancellation fee after you finally go at the right time with the right person. Gyms are notorious for making it easy to join but hard to leave and XSport is a perfect example. Why not just offer an excellent experience instead of trying to rip people off on their way out? Also way too crowded and the equipment isn’t anything special.

Terrible experience. I wanted a gym for a single week, signed up for a month subscription that I could not get out of without physically going to a location. Pretty hard to do when I was back in San Francisco. Would not credit my account; hopefully my credit card will give me the $20 second month plus hidden $50 fee back.Gym is super crowded and hot. Do not recommend.UPDATE: I was charged $10 just now. Must be the bad review fee. Hate calling my CC company to block the vendor but looks like this might be in order.

Any reason why membership fee jumped from $39.00 to $54.00 a month in January with no changes to my account or notice as to why? Also want to clarify that membership won't be charged during the shutdown in Illinois. What are the hours to talk to a representative? As it seems no one is answering phones.

I usually don't write reviews for anything, but this company left me no choice but to do it.This company will persuade you with deals in order to get your credit card. However, as soon as you sign up and give them your credit card, all those deals will be nulled. They will not stand by their words, and will charge you whatever they want. For me, I had to go through 2-3 months of going back on forth with Xsport and my bank to dispute those unauthorized charges. Xsport customer service agents mocked and ridiculed me, and did nothing to help me, which left me no option but to dispute those charges with my bank.Even after paying $10 for the cancellation, they kept charging me. Finally, I had to change my credit card number to get them off of my back.It is very sad and disturbing to see such a company exist in my neighborhood.Piece of Advice- If you are thinking about joining them, Do your research on company first. Check out google, yelp and Better business bureau reviews on the company. If you still decide to join, get in writing whatever the salesperson promised you. Use your credit card rather than debit card, so you can dispute the charges with your bank if needed.
