i was just at the gym today and i was playing basketball then this older guy about like 18 came up to me and started to try to make a problem and then he took my shoes then i proceeded to tell a worker that he had my shoe and then after that i got my shoe back went back to the basketball courts and the other guy left and while i was playing basketball this worker just came in and said you got to leave and then i asked to talk to his manger and he said he wasn’t there which was a complete lie cause i saw him 5 minutes before so i suggest you guys don’t come to this gym really bad service

It’s so dirty here , the bathroom stalls are literally blackening in dirt, the walls by the sink in the bathrooms are literally dripping in dirt. , dust everywhere . When I go in to work out I’m sneezing throughout my workout due to the dust built up in vents and in the floor by the machines , the stair masters next to the vent up stairs is awful .

I have been a member for well over 10+ years however the hour still haven’t gone back to normal. The hours of operation completely suck. Three days a week the gym is completely useless. I’m sick of there employees telling me that 24 hour fitness also has not gone back to full hours so there no reason calfit should do anything about it. I was really upset one a team member told me that maybe I should change my work schedule. There fees aren’t getting any less. My member ship cost went up and my family and I can’t use it like we want because of there hours.

I became a member in 2023. I was a member of several clubs in the area before this time. I really like the atmosphere of the club. The Bond club is less noisy with the two levels. I enjoy the instructors of the classes. They are helpful and friendly. The front desk workers are also friendly. I recommend this club to anyone seeking membership.

My score should be a 10...I am unable to change it because it’s locked. I love and pull from the energy of all of the like-minded people that come to CFF. I need accountability with a positive workout environment and CFF provides just that. I don’t know about any other retired people, but I need to have purpose to get up and get moving in the morning so the day isn’t wasted. I’m one of those people who don’t do well with online workout training; I need the energy/atmosphere from a gym! Staying fit and healthy is KEY in building a healthy immune system. Being able to get some stress-relief and exercise is so important for a healthy mindset. Lastly, in the last nine years this 5’ frame gal has lost 70+ pounds and I have worked very hard to stay at my healthy weight. CFF gives me a positive workout environment, a trainer and options of group fitness and equipment that has been pivotal in my healthy weight loss journey. I pride myself on being a fit and active grandma flirting with 62!

I visited downtown alhambra and the gym sauna and pools were filthy.I them visited Natomas gym and their gym pools and steam rooms were filthy. Natomas service were incompetentI visited the bond laguna gym and their facilities were clean and the pools were awesomely clean. Just their disabled equipment in pool area was defective for use. Bond gym is the cleanest gym and professional customer service. NOTE: Cal Fitness members who have children at the gym should be aware that if you should become in need for emergency assistance while at the gym you will NOT get any assistance or help from the gym employees. I am disabled and went to gym with my grandchildren ( age 4 and age 5). My.grandson vomited at the front desk. The gym employees did absolutely nothing to help the child and didn't even call a janitorial clean up employee to assist cleaning the floor nor did they even offer paper towels to wipe the child or clean the floor. They just stood watching doing nothing. Also the disabled grandparent in a wheel chair, the mother with two children were treated unprofessional when purchasing clothing products. Staff can be incompetent discriminative towards members of disabled.

I originally signed up online for the "supposed" free 7-Day trial. I was in town for a few days, and I needed a place to workout while in town. I'd gotten a phone call to come in for a consultation that was included with my 7-Day Trial. Long story short, I came and asked about the 7 day trial since I was in town. They told me that wouldn't apply to me because that was only for customer who intend on getting a membership. So they made me pay $50 for the week pass. I'd also asked if there was a military discount for disabled veterans, Jose told me that it didnt apply to the $50 week pass, when he'd previously told me that that did give military discounts while in his office. I probably won't ever come back to this one. The Franchise is great, just not this location.
