Been a member since 2001 and always used to go to this Cal Fit. But it needs general maintenance, new equipment.If I have the time I would rather go to the CFF on Laguna, is bigger with more updated equipment.

The sales person that I spoke to was very unfriendly and condescending. He showed the monthly payments I would have to make. I said that it was a little out of my pocket, after which I asked how much I would have to pay for just the daily pass to be there that day. He gave me the price and told me that I'd probably not be able to afford it.Very rude, to say the least.

Today I brought my son and step son to workout and the lady at the front desk wouldn't provide charging information and I thought I had guest acct privileges..instead she read aloud in front of my two boys the details of her coworkers disgruntled notes..humiliating me!!! She billed me 25 dollars when before only after a first time visit which it was for my son...my son paid from his card as I was totally embarrassed..Good Job family fitness..you constantly cause me hurt;

I went to two group fitness classes on Thursday. The first was BollyX with Monika Chandra at the Elk Grove Bond location. The music is happy and dancing Bollywood style is mentally and physically demanding and super fun! Then I attended Zumba at Greenhaven Valine location and had another wonderful dance experience with Stephen at his 6pm class. The attendees are super nice to eachother which made it an even more fun time! For the over crowded classes, participants should consider expanding their classes and instructors instead of stepping on eachother to do the routines!

Unprofessional and rude member from the corporate office DIANA HINTON. Overprice gym that’s okay but with rude and unprofessional members, it’s not fair. Once they got you signed the contract then they are no more there for help and solutions. be careful before you sign the contract always read it first they gonna gain your trust and make you sign then you see they keep charging you for things that you are not aware of or heard about it. The sales person only mention and monthly charges and one time $15 registration fee. You are all good to go and signed because that was all and then they keep charging you stuff which are in your contract but you don’t know anything about it because you trusted the representative there.

I have two gym memberships. Family membership here and also a membership at “the Crunch“ gym. While this gym has more amenities… The hours or more like banker’s hours as far as the gym goes. You close now at 8 PM on Friday’s?! Really?! You keep backing off on the hours , Yet CalFit keep raising their membership dues and service fees while actually cutting back on their service and ours! Don’t give me this Covid nonsense… The Crunch stays open till 11 PM in the same town.Also, they still do MULTIPLE countdowns at the 15 minute mark like high school kids Sometimes even earlier. The Crunch gym doesn’t do it like that at all. It’s no wonder your ratings are dropping! If the owner/upper management don’t care… Then neither will I and I will drop this overpriced membership

This club used to be open til midnight mond-friday and til 9 pm Sat and sun. They close so early still and charge the same price. Can't hide behind the covid lockdown excuse anymore. If cal fit stayed open for 24 hours, updated there old equipment, and made a cleaner gym they woukd put 24 hour fitness out of business, but they refuse. Sad it had potential.

My complaint is the stairs are always filthy it’s so gross makes me wonder how the locker room and toilets/showers are. It appears Calfit only replies to good reviews and not poor ones. They aren’t family friendly with pricing And they don’t offer good senior discounts if they do it all. Why don’t they offer silver sneakers to seniors? Easy it’s all about money! Disappointing.

I joined this gym back in March 2022. I look forward to swimming laps, the only exercise I enjoy and find myself wanting to do more.The pool is clean and well taken care of on a regular basis. I typically go at 5am so I can’t speak for the rest of the day.Everyone is always friendly when I walk in and when I walk out. Always a hello and have a good day.Locker rooms are clean and custodian is friendly and does a great job. Showers are also well taken care of.I don’t have anything negative to say about this location so far, I am just thankful for a good environment where I can work out and feel good about it.
