Love the gym but could definitely use some upgrades on the Tv’s probably the worst TV’S I’ve seen at a gym in 2022. Would also like to see them go back to their original hours of business I don’t see why the gym can’t be open longer on the weekends.

It's disappointing that the gym is still mostly operating on Covid or amended hours. 7am on a Saturday is kind of late. There is obviously a need if there is a line to get in at 0645. The have also lessened their quality of additional services like shower soap & bags.

Updated my review form 1/5 to 5/5.A few years ago a manager yelled at me for using the guest pass I pay for because they thought I was abusing a holiday guest pass instead when I was using a perk I pay for.Haven’t had problems since so I updated the review. Great place.

The music was blaring and I approached the front desk personnel, Mary, who was watching a movie on her cell phone, to please turn the music down. It was so loud that I could not even hear the audiobook playing on my AirPods. She responded with, "I'm sorry I am not able to do anything about it," and continued watching the movie on her cell phone. I am quite disappointed with this experience because it is not the first time they have had the music blasting. When brought up in the past the front desk has apologized for it because they know that the different instructors adjust the volume to the music to be quite loud, Mary, however, declined to accommodate the request of a member.

Bad customer service ! 7 day free pass was supposed to be FREE ! They tryna charge us 25$ for a day pass after we signed up for 7day to check what is california family fitness is all about .We didnt feel welcome at all!

They are scam artists. They will lie to get your money and then take even more behind your back. When you explain you were told you wouldnt be charged for things then get charged, they dont care. Im in a bad finicial pickle because of them. Speaking to their corporate team doesnt help, even when your crying on the phone. They dont care about anyone.

Been a member since 2001 and always used to go to this Cal Fit. But it needs general maintenance, new equipment.If I have the time I would rather go to the CFF on Laguna, is bigger with more updated equipment.
