Great for families; grandkids love the pools, waterpark and kids club; son plays basketball; I use the racquetball courts; daughter and wife like the fitness classes; something for the whole family to enjoy.

I love it here! It is always a great place to work out. The staff are friendly, and the people are nice. I have made some really great friend from here. Come join in!

This place has gone down hill, very bad. Theres only 1 pool for kids now and it's filthy. There's debree in the pool, the deck around the pool is disgusting filled with goose fecies. The tables and chairs are filthy and not even set up. We cnacleed our membership.

The administration needs to apdate the daycare hours. obviously it gets more crowded at that time, it's so frustrating the way they are managing. limitating to a single ahour a day(by reservation), under their own short schedule time. with out mentioning the poor custumer service. today I was finishing my workout at the racketballcourt and a young lady asked me to leave the gym, arguing I can not be there after the daycare ahours with my kids. I get ready to put everything back in my backpack and she was waiting outside. she got close to the door again and told me that I have to leave now because there was a teenager waiting outside to play, and I understand that. but her attitude was not necessary. I pay to use the installations as well, but Now im stuck with a monthy payment for a limited family plan that is not working for me. Everything is getting back to normal, nobody uses the masks and no social distance is practiced inside. I do not get why they are still cutting so many regular hours a day nither the daycare limitations if they still charging the same.

The covered pool is filthy with animal feces near the walk way and all around the pool. Spoke with a manager who was dismissive and told me the pool guy was out yesterday. I walked out and wouldn’t swim in that pool. I don’t think the health department would think favorable by the site of that. I’ve been a member of Cal Fit on and off for twenty years and I’ve never experience or complained about anything.

Every time I come here, I feel it is random if my badge properly get scanned. I know if it's scanned properly, because I get a e-mail 40 minutes later for CalFIT award. I left after my workout today and informed the person at the front, that my badge wasn't scanned properly (no e-mail after 1 hour). The person state they are confident everyone is scanned properly when they enter. I was confident it didn't scan, but I decided to drop the matter (it didn't scan, because the e-mail notification didn't arrive at all). Not a big deal, since I typically hit the 12/12 mark, and occasional 5 points doesn't matter. However, it is a minor issue that bothers me based on principle.

Great facility and pool. But poor customer service. I have mentioned to front desk staff that people do not wear their masks in the men’s locker room—that’s not the company’s fault. But I have asked them, several times, to put more signage up to remind patrons to do so, and they have not. They only have intermittent signs to remind folks to distance.Also, whenever I call, it takes several minutes before anyone pics up. It’s annoying to do this to have to request a swim lane, but it’s the only option.

The choices if equipment is good. I'd like to see some better quality bicycles upstairs. I loved using the nice ones that were outside under the tent. I guess those are just for spinning classes? The current bikes are old and many have broken items on them and lack cable hook ups. Times have been difficult, I am sure. You guys did a marvelous job managing the inside to outside and bake to inside moves. The pools are usually well taken care of as is the hot tub. Sometimes the covered pool needs cleaning more often. The grounds are well kept and attractive. Overall, I am very happy at CalFit. Keep up the good work!!!

Sales is about building relationships with customers and associates at this location don't listen and rely on pressure tactics. Very uncomfortable experience and would not recommend this location to anyone serious about achieving their fitness goals. Shop wisely and be mindful about social and emotional intelligence as those are important factors in finding a gym that will support your mind and body. Mask policy is not enforced and there is no social distancing despite signage that states otherwise. The gym did have a slight odor as well.

Worst customer service 👎 ever. I was on the hold for almost 1:30 minutes just to talk to customer service so they can fix their own mistake. If you have any issues don’t expect to get hold of them or don’t expect them to solve your problem even if it’s their fault. Anyways calfit is one of the best gym’s in the area minus that customer service.
