I canceled my membership (before Covid closures) and I am still being charged. There is nobody to speak with at corporate and you are not even able to leave voicemails. Hopefully someone can assist and correct this error.

Clubs been closed. I have calling locations and corporate office since March to cancel my membership. No one is picking up phone and no place to leave message. There is no working email to contact. Still charging account. It’s reduculas.

During these trying times, some of us need a physical outlet for going crazy. While most gyms took the easy way out and closed... my cal fit (bond road), went the extra mile and provided provided its members a place to continue life as normal. Thank you call fit!

Just completely horrible the staff are weird and extremely rude and the person who did our plan forged our signature and changed the plan that we agreed to pay after. I’m not sure if this person was fired I really hope he did he brought a …

When I work out upstairs I stay away from people, usually there's not many people when I go anyways. Wearing a mask while working out on the treadmill, it's very difficult to breathe with your face covered. If there is nobody around I don't see why the janitor has to go around telling people to put on their mask. He too needs to stay 6 ft away. As he gets up. In your face about it. They should worry about the people who aren't wearing a mask at all, not the ones who do have it on , but lowered right below the nose.I don't doubt that many clients will stop going and cancel their memberships.They seem to pick who they want to tell as well. Not fair acoss the board.

As if it wasn't a rip off already with the 10 day passes for $60 with limited equipment do to the lack of space outside. Now Calfit is squeezing the cardio equipment in the tent the weightlifting equipment is at, thus creating a more cramped workout space less than 6 feet apart and starting on August 20th, they are going back to regular membership rates....with the same extremely limited equipment. They don't want to spend the money to put up another big tent over the open area in the back by the entrance door or over the tennis courts so it would at least be safer or worth the amount of money we members are paying. Instead they are going to charge the same rates for less access. If your a single person member this cost won't affect you much but when you have a family plan like I have, it's a huge rip off. If I lower it to a single plan since the other people on my account are kids, when I'm ready to raise or back up, Calfit will not honor the rate I have now.

So you're gonna charge people membership during pandemic and don't let us choose to keep membership frozen? Shouldn't charge full price on limited outdoor only service in terrible wildfire air quality! Not everyone is ready to go back. They don't answer their phone. Voice-mail box to freeze membership is full not accepting new messages.

First came to Cal Fit for a Birthday pool party in the summer. Honestly amazed how nice this gym is! There are 3 pools: one for laps, recreational, and what looks like a training/aqua classes area. They even have a water play structure. This gym has tennis courts, in/outdoor basketball, mini golf, two stories inside which has the gym norms: weights, cardio, cycling, group classes, 3 racquetball courts, rock climbing, hydro massaging, tanning, steam/sauna and kids club.Locker rooms and gym equipment are clean and decent. Staff are friendly, helpful, and of course remember you when you go in regularly.I chose this gym not only to get a good workout, but for it has a family fitness feel, hence it’s name.

California Family Fitness, ElkGrove-Bond is a fantastic location. I am both pleased and appreciative of their extra effort to ensure COVID did not interfere with our health in all ways! This club has wonderful members, and employees. It is very difficult to jump out of bed and into the pool/gym daily as a routine. However, with employees like Jen C. and Bo, I became more avid and devoted. The gym was not only about my morning workout - it was about the employees, kind and caring greetings and welcoming. I was very happy to purchase the punch card ten times over to continue to see my friends. But, most importantly, to keep the gym alive. Thank you Cal Fit for the fantastic service and willingness to shine through this crazy time. I absolutely love the new process! Leslie.

Not a good place to bring your kids here and the staff is rude and won’t care of them at all . My husband and I paid almost 500 dollars in one month and when our kids were not treated good, we decided to cancel and they told us we have to pay additional 300 to cancel service . Their night shift manager is rude and disrespectful as well . Won’t even offer an apology and keep saying ok, so what you want to do ? If you want to cancel pay us the additional 300 .
