XSport Fitness

Has what you need for working out and is spacious so it has the right vibes for getting your sweat on. If it's your local xsport you're good to go here but many of the other clubs are nicer and have a climbing wall. The jets in the hot tub don't work properly, men's steam room is not Xtra steamy, and other things I could pick at BUT the workers don't judge and greet you with a smile. The work out community is diverse (really nice to see) bit it does get busy from 7-9pm. The pool is never too busy not the hot tub and they have free Zumba classes which are also led by energetic instructors (as compared to other places I've visited). This is probably due to the amount of people signed up. If you don't work out at that particular time or don't need to use particular workout machines then this is not a problem. If you need basic workout area and don't like lots of space because I really do enjoy that aspect then your local planet fitness would be probably better if it's closer to you otherwise this is the place.

This place is very crowded. I don’t think i can do my workout here. But the staff are so nice and very accommodating. It’s just that you need to go early in the morning so you can have more time doing your own program.

Just joined. Big fan. Classes are great. Staff is excellent. So glad I signed up. Specials best even planet fitness pricing for tomorrow value. Imho

This gym is so filthy. So many machines that need maintenance or out of order. The bathrooms are absolutely unsanitary.The staff upfront is rude and not welcoming.

Still a little dirty in the early mornings when I go but the staff and members are great. So, after a few years my honest review is this company lacks the integrity of a bus stop lawyer. I called to set up a 30 day membership with them and spoke with Tony. After multiple questions about this being a 30 day membership he lied. He was confused, he lied; he booked a month to month. Since then I have spoke with Ruth, Giovanni, and most recently the AGM (he gave me his name but I forgot). I've been being charged (including an annual fee - that's what they called it - after being a member for only 45-60 days ish. I asked the AGM to have someone from corp to get me bc the GM, who was present during the last conversation was too weak to come over and deal with the issue themselves). If you want a decent gym go for it but know they snakes in the grass and will lie cheat and steal to get and keep your money.

Place sucks, bad equipment, terrible employs, told me they wouldn't charge me and yet they did. Can't believe this is a commercial gym, it's honestly an embarrassment to the lifting community.

This gym has very very poor managementI signed up for training and then trainer was not informed and not shown up at allI give them four chances and never show up for training.I have been very disappointed with this gym and have to go to another locations

Sauna and steam room have been out of service for the past few months with no intention of fixing them anytime soon. I have brought this up to management but they refuse to take any action.

This place is garbage. Lazy, unfriendly staff. Always crowded. Disgusting locker room. The sauna is always cold and takes over an hour to heat. Who has that kind of time.

Update 1/8/23: adding a star back to my review. They made an effort to remove some broken equipment and arranged the weight area to be more spacious. Im hoping to see more of this type of regular maintenance. They are also redoing the pool and hot tub area. Nice to finally see something getting done here.Pros: Amenities, lot of equipmentMedium: Hit or miss staff. Either very professional or sleeping at the front desk.Cons: Damaged equipment, members openly taking photos and videos in changing area regularly.Edit: wow, i havent been to this location for 2 months and it got even more trashed. Shower doors getting even looser , shower heads and cranks almost falling off. Members really trashing this place acting like wild zoo animals like they have something to prove.
