This is not a $10 gym. They charge you a $50 annual fee and if you want to use the pool you have to pay $25 monthly. Don’t bother because the pool is disgusting. Extremely cloudy water and a burning feel after you get out. Clearly they don’t use the right amount of chemicals. The gym floor always stinks, I don’t need my gym to smell good but I shouldn’t be gagging under my mask. Only about 50% of people are masked and I saw no one wiping down equipment after use.

I went there to have a membership and do some workout. It was my first day. The guy at the front “” Mohammad”” didn’t not great me and when I mentioned that I was there for a membership, he asked to to have a seat and he never got back to me. After 25 minutes, he came and asked me what I was there for. Please don’t put people who are drunk at the front desk.I tried to talk to the Manager “ Belly”And when I mentioned that I have been waiting for 25 minutes for nothing he said sarcastically ( what are you here for) without even bothering to say sorry.I think you guys need to work on your customer service skills. I’ll never use Xsports and I hope they change their attitude.

I have been going to this location since it opened. It has been decent over the years, but over the last year my locker was broken into 5 times. I filed a report each time and also wrote to the website. No response on the website and no solutions in house. I’d recommend if employees aren’t busy they walk through the locker rooms every chance they get. When I went to ask about renewing my membership I was told someone was caught the week before. Seemed a little convenient. Not renewing my membership.

Gym is okay (except cleanliness and non-working machines). But one thing bothers is they kept charging my account for couple of months after cancellation. Reason was employee told me they cancelled it but in reality they didn’t on the system. I had to double check with them to find out it was just a promise and paper they gave me.And don’t expect refund after their error too.

Visited with a friend who had the guest pass feature recently. First impression of the gym, the location is great, Lincolnwood is somewhere that I like to shop/etc. However, when walking into this gym to workout, the vibe just seemed very unorganized. They sell products that are out in their section, which are neat/tidy. When it came to the gym itself, it had really run down machines, no yoga mats, filthy carpet, and locker room/bathrooms that look as if they haven't been cleaned in a while.

No way this gym is a real place, the entire facility is an unclean broken dump and the staff is a nightmare to deal with. I don't know what's worse, broken machines and garbage everywhere or the horrible staff members representing this business. I'd highly recommend avoiding this location until everyone gets fired and a more qualified staff is hired. Makes absolutely no sense how these kind of people are employed to represent a gym. I wish I could 0 star them, they don't deserve even 1 star.

Glad I cancelled my membership. I have experienced the rudest workers and members in the past. One worker refused me a towel and then offered to give me someones used sweaty towel instead. I have had more bad experiences with the workers that I do not want to go into detail about since most of them are probably fired by now. Besides that, this location is very dirty. Xsport needs to close this location asap. I hope a new gym franchise can open up at this location.

I’ve talked to a few coworkers for about a month now in regards of keeping the courts clean and nets on the rim. I was then told that I have to speak with maintenance. As a loyal customer, I don’t think that’s my job or responsibility. Other than that, the weight room is pretty nice.

Great equipment overall. Extremely dirty. Pool and hot tub always have debris in it, locker room is always filthy with dirty clothing and littering, showers have been cold several days now, water fountain has had a dry green mucus like stain for at least a week. Gym etiquette is extremely poor, individuals swim in underwear, pajamas, and other none swim wear. Plenty of immature clicks hanging around talking and occupy equipment/ areas that they minimally use. I've only ever seen one person wipe down the equipment after they've used it. Most of the staff is very unprofessional. They don't enforce any rules or care that the gym overall is disgusting. 2 stars for the equipment and everything else they offer and the few staff that make an effort.

Bad customer experience. I paid for 1 year membership with a privilege to bring another person. I chose this because I wanted my 14 year old son to train.Today I went with my son. At the parking lot, I received a call and I asked him to go in wait and I will join in 2min. My son went in and scanned my card. An employee called Mannie told him he can't get in for the day. Confused he came to me. I cancelled my call and went in with him. She told both of us that we can't use the gym for the day. I told her the situation and explained he is my son, and he just went ahead while I finish my call. She insisted we can't use the gym today.We returned home quite upset. She could have asked him to wait till I get in. She assumed he was a thief. Terrible customer service. I am sure she wouldn't react this way if my son was white.
