To start off on a positive note, some awesome people are apart of the front desk staff who have kept me here as long as i've been here. The manager helped me a ton when I initially signed up. It's still better then Planet down the street, but be prepared to get treated like trash by majority of the people upfront. They only really show any sort of respect before you sign up. Once you are a member you deal with a lot of attitudes. It seems like everyone up front is super stressed and take it out on the guests. Like very on edge and it seems as if they want to pick a fight because they are so unhappy. Half of the machines are broken, and if you say anything about be prepared to be dismissed and treated like S***. I literally travel all the way to niles just to avoid coming to this gym because of all the issues here (this location is down the street from my house). At niles there's a bunch of friendly and welcoming faces that always make you feel like you can walk up and be helped without any attitude or anger. This Xsport needs some serious help by upper management.They need to be aware of how untrained front desk is and how broken this gym is. Do better

The majority of the machines are broken. The place is absolutely filthy. Children and teenagers run around everywhere. People walk right in without scanning their tags. Nobody cares. And despite all this, the place is packed. It's baffling. Avoid this location at all costs. There are better options elsewhere that cost less.

I am disappointed with this manager because he does not pay attention to or correct issues that are happening in the pool area. People get in the water with clothes, and underwear, and show inappropriate behavior. Also, now they tell customers to share a lane with strangers who could have covid or touched other people inappropriately.

Honestly I would give this location 2 stars but the cleaning people try their best to keep this place in shape! Well at least In the mornings which leads me to my next comment!! DO NOT bother coming in after 4pm!! It’s a Sh!$t show! Complete mess and straight up dirty! You would think after opening back up people will be more clean…WRONG! The customers here are just straight up dirty. I truly feel bad for the cleaning crew b/c it’s NOT their fault.

My name is Obsa Abaomer this is my second post about this gym made a new account cuz of this. I am a minor and the lady at the front desk talked to me with an Awful amount of disrespect.Awful. People(One black lady and an indian curly hair boy /manager) at the front desk. He gave bad attitude said is there a problem when asking questions and kept cursing.There is this black lady that always come for wristbands and I have been probably going to the court for 5 year staright without anything. But today out of nowhere she tells me u cant go on the court ur membership is 10 dollars a month and kicks me out. I decided not to argue and will be suspend my membership to go to niles xsport. Do not pick this gym if u looking to hoop or practice at the end of the day i got about 2 year till i go to college so I dont got to see them forever

I had a membership at this location since opening. Last year I decided to Downgrade to the express membership for the better price. So reception referred me to speak to Billy. He told me everything was taken care of and that it would show on my next billing cycle. It never did. I would go back to Billy on several occasions asking why I’m still being billed for premium. It wasn’t until 4 months later another gentleman helped me. Gave me a form to fill out and it was quickly processed. Same evening I finally received an email notification of my cancelation of membership since I no longer had faith in Billy or xsport fitness. It’s a good gym but everything they say about trying to cancel a membership here is absolutely true.

This place is a sorry excuse for a gym, every machine/equipment has some level of rust on it with some machines almost having enough to be in an antique store. The place is rarely cleaned, a severe shortage of plates apparent on every machine. The cable machine has one spot with the pin broken and gone. For the amount of traffic they have, its surprising to how ignorant they are with the shortage of benches, squat racks and adjustable benches being clear as day. For 5 dollars or so much, go to basically any other gym. I would not recommend this to strangers nor friends.

Honestly a terrible gym all around. Machines are old and low-quality, they never have weights available and the staff is horrendous. The worst customer service ever and they simply don’t care about their members. The manager, whose name is Megan Sisson, has got to be the worst person I’ve dealt with in a long time. Any gym is better than here and any response they give to the reviews is the same, lazy response.

Signed up 2 days ago on Sunday!! no one showed me around properly. I had to figure out how to use some spa equipment myself. Everyone has attitude up front or just doesn’t care. No one knows how to use the spa even though I pay premium. No one takes care of you in the order you step in line for this entire place is not clean. The fitness pod smells gross the hydro pod doesn’t work. The staff doesn’t have towels that are fresh. If this is a 24 hour operation have the staff and have the equipment up and working for those that workout and come late!
