#Besthour is the highlight of my day. The instructors are all great and the fit fam is incredible. I was hesitant on coming in for my first class, now I try to get in at least 5 a week. I am almost 44 and I haven’t been in this good of shape since I was 22. I highly recommend anyone on a fitness journey to at least give them a shot.

#BestHour is truly worth a try. The instructors are Amazing. The studio is always clean. Everyone is super welcoming and it feels like a family. Due to injury I am not always able to physically do what everyone else is doing. The instructors are quick to give me alternatives and I have never felt judged by fellow classmates for the change up. If you are looking for something new, that is truly welcoming, come beat on a bag at #BestHour, you won't regret it!

You can workout from home on Zoom or the on-demand library. Join us. BestHour Kickboxing is the place I choose for my total body workout! It’s the place where I burn lots of calories while getting stronger and having fun with an amazing community.The Instructors at BestHour kickboxing are professional, friendly, caring people. They are always motivating me, making sure that I get the most out of my workout. The staff is very careful about cleaning and sanitizing everything after each class.I started Kickboxing about two years ago, just by curiosity. I would have never thought that I was going to fall in love with it right after the first class. I recently joined and am absolutely loving it. The instructors are truly beyond amazing. I’ve been to dozens and dozens of fitness places, from New York, Chicago to Dallas and this place truly stand out from the rest. This place is welcoming, challenging, clean and truly fun.Since I’m new, my instructors have been TJ, Danny and Woods. They are truly remarkable instructors and so very patient. I’m looking forward to working out with them again.I’m glad I joined and can’t wait for my next class!

I have been a member since March of 2017. I took a break for 1 year for mom duties. I came back on August of 2020. The #BestHour is a great place to workout, it is a community and family. What nice, I was able to have my son work out with me. During COVID the school is closed. The studio was able to accept all the teens age 11 to come workout. I always feel welcome with all the great energy with instructor and members. I feel safe coming to work, in with all the precautions and cleanliness the studio takes. I've come to studio tired with no energy come out with amazing full body workout!

#Besthourkickboxing is most motivating fitness club I’ve ever been part of! Since the start of my membership 4mos ago I lost 23 pounds and working on building my muscle. Instructors are absolutely great and help you through everything including your meal plans! Love it and recommend to everyone to try!

21 minutes agoBest Hour Kickboxing is a very friendly and Judgement free Zone! The staff/Instructors are very helpful and super friendly. I was very nervous going in the doors three years ago, but it was one of my best decision ever! Here i am 35 pound lighter and stronger then ever! It's fun and all the members are friendly and helpful, it's a fun way to get fit! And the same time you get a-lot of confidence in yourself and you learn how to defend yourself.

I signed up for the Kent studio in October 2021 to lose all the extra pounds and to get ready for my upcoming wedding. I was super out of shape and hadn’t worked out consistently in years. I love how inclusive they are, all ages and fitness levels are welcome. The staff and members are friendly and positive, supportive of your goals, and just a really awesome community of people. Classes are always fun and a great way to sweat and get rid of stress. I can definitely feel the mental and physical improvements since joining and highly recommend to all looking to improve themselves. As a bonus, they have zoom and on-demand options with your membership, which I find highly valuable. They also have motivating fitness challenges that will help you meet your fitness goals.

We have really enjoyed our time with ILKB Federal Way. The Instructor's are great and ownership provides a safe, clean and fun facility to work out at. We have been members for just over a year now and are looking forward to what this next year holds in our fitness journey.
