This place keeps getting worse.. I leave a honest review, and they follow up. Calling guest at 7:30pm after normal business hours is exactly the kind of respect you get from this place. Absolutely zero regards for you boundaries or your family..F this location.

Planet Fitness is a great fitness center. I wish I had joined a long time ago. My husband and I are toning our bodies. I've only been a member for 3 weeks but I'm looking forward to a nicely fit body in my later years. Better late than never!!!!!😅😅 …

This is my first time joining a gym. As a big girl I'm very self conscious & I feel right at home here. The atmosphere is low key & everyone is super friendly. Every time I go I don't want to leave lol. I've yet to experience all they offer, but I've got plenty of time.**EDITED**I also wanted to say that the staff is always so friendly & helpful. The equipment is sanitized daily. The gym is clean & inviting. The staff always ensures everyone is wearing a mask & practicing social distancing. The also check all members & guests vaccination cards as well.**Another Addition**I'm a Type 2 Diabetic & usually I check my sugars before I head to the gym. Sadly this time I didn't & I had a really bad low. The staff scrambled to find me something to bring my sugar up & bought me a Gatorade. It's kind caring people like them that make this gym so enjoyable. I feel safe here "LITERALLY". THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING YOU ALL DO. I feel bad that I didn't get names, but this may help. This incident happened on July 20th at around 9pm. If management reads this please let them know that they're doing an amazing job. 😊

My first official visit was great as a guest, clean, but they should incorporate a healthy area to sit to eat Healthy foods, or like a Shop to buy Smoothies, Drinks good for you . But overall for price I'd definitely return and plan to become a member

Absolutely love this gym! I usually go to the Redondo square one and the customer service there is excellent. I highly recommend this gym. I have never felt uncomfortable no matter what it was I was there to do. This is not a waste of my money! I would go here always and never change gyms. They have so much to offer.

I'm so happy that I left Planet Fitness to go to LA Fitness! The LA Fitness facility is so much better and the customer representatives are respectful.The customer service at the Planet Fitness Federal Way location is terrible. When first touring, the representative informed me that there would be renovations occurring. I asked at that time if they would be closing the location which I was told they would not. If I had known that the facility was going to be closed for a month I would have never signed up.During the closure I wanted to cancel my membership but could only do so at my designated "home gym" which was closed. I called during the posted business hours to cancel my membership and left a message. I did not receive a call back. Finally the gym location opened up and I went in to cancel only to be told I would still be charged for the month, no exceptions.

I walked into Planet Fitness at the end of January ready to start my fitness journey. Cece at the front desk was kind and welcoming, and was very patient in answering all my questions. I signed up for a membership on the first of Feb, and every time I walk in for a work out, the front desk associates are there with a greeting and a small cheer of encouragement.I really like the fact that they have cleaning stations scattered throughout the gym and require masks for those working out. I also like how personable the staff is.Would recommend making this your workout stop.
