This far no major problems, staff is friendly and facility is very clean...they never seem to have sanitizing wipes when I go to wipe down equipment before use but I'm always in the facility when a cleaning crew is around. I pay extra for the daycare, not enough staff or fun toys to entertain children. That needs to be more kid friendly I really wish that would change.

I've been going to this gym since November 2015 and I have absolutely no problems. It's nice with your membership u can bring a friend I always bring my sister everday, With no problems the girls in front say hi and goodbye maybe once or twice they forget but it's cool their busy with other customers. They always answer me and my sisters questions and friendly.

Never liked the gym from day one. Equipment and machines always broken. Drinking fountain was broken for months. Smells bad and never any paper towels in the locker rooms. Not a clean gym, always disgusting in the locker room. They say it's $10 a month but there is a secret $40 a year fee, turns out $15 a month (advertised as $10 a month). Today I canceled my membership and was forced to buy access for the rest of this month and the following. Because I am asked to cancel on the 10th. "Great you want to cancel today? I will just go ahead and charge you for the rest of this month and all of next month since you don't use it". I was trying to get the charge off for the following month (since Im not planning on using it) but their computers were down and it was taking forever. It shouldn't take an hour to pull up a customers contract to prove they have to pay for an additional month when they want to cancel. Shows they do not value the customers time. Don't recommend this gym, would rather pay 5 bucks more and go to LA fitness down the street where they have great customer service.

You really do get what you pay for with this gym. Small, terrible customer service. I had a billing issue and attempted to speak to the manager via phone (I had moved out of state.) I called approximately 6 times and received the same response. "We'll leave a message for our manager and he'll get back to you."6 times I did this.There was a hidden fee after 4 months of membership. $45.00 to lock in your rates for a year.Absurd really.That's why they can advertise 9.99 and 19.99 for memberships, because that basically raises it another 4 dollars per month. (4x12=48.)Don't get conned like I did and suckered in to this trashy gym.

I've been going to this gym since November 2014. I've never had any problems with equipment or customer service. They are under new management, and so far it's been great. I love that it has a theater room for the cardio machines, tanning beds, and showers. The personal trainers are great with working on your goals, and the boot camp is always a fun experience. I also had not paid my membership for a number of months, forgetting to change cards on file and the manager worked with me and completely reduced my bill to less than half so that I could keep my membership.I hope the other 1 and 2 star ratings don't stir you clear now that things are running more smoothly.
