Not gonna take your stars ,,,,, only say.... I have out grown this place. Sad. I was asked today to be "quieter"..... it was brought to my attention that our contract specifically states " no grunting" good luck bulking in a batches gym.... oh!!! And they took away the locker room tv 😒 …

The front desk staff stopped chatting and welcomed me in. I know this sounds so simple but so rare in gyms. Very friendly staffed paired nicely with a large gym with lots of space. Seems to be newly renovated. The only complaint is that I wish in the remodel they switched to waterless urinals in the men's room. (save water, save the planet) Great place!

Huge facility, 5 cybex bench/squat racks; could use the space for more benches. No stand alone pull up bar....should be standard. Soap was in showers, bonus.Recommendations:- Stand alone pull up bar- Dumbbells from one pound to 10- Calf stretch board- masseuse for extra fee- Have manager's business card with an email readily available at front desk

We moved from out of federal way some time ago. After 494 days of not going to the gym we finally made our way all across town to cancel our membership because qe were told repeatedly we had to come in person. The general manager here,her name is Ashley, told me we could have wrote them a letter. So a phone calls not good enough, an emails not good enough. This place is maliciously rigged to auto debit you for as long as they can. Ashley does not care, she just stood firm with her corporate banter 'should have read the contract'. For real, with covid ans everything goin on? Anyone wanna jump on board the civil class action lawsuit with me?!

I love the equipment there and how friendly the staff are! It’s one of the best kept gyms in the federal way area and I really enjoy working out there. You always feel welcomed and safe when working out here

What I really like about the federal way planet fitness is that theres no negative energy there. I go in, do my thing and I'm out! Super clean environment because of COVID-19 is a must! Overall a very good experience for the people who are new to a gym environment. One thing I want to point out, although they are very clean unlike other gyms like la fitness and fitness19 where you get your own disinfectant spray bottle. At planet fitness you share the spray. But again overall planet fitness is a way better overall experience!

DO NOT TAN HERE! I was severely burnt.I’ve tanned & worked out at many other planet fitnesses, but this locations beds are extremely intense.I also didn’t see a single employee spray or wipe down ANY of the machines while I was there... & the staff wasn’t friendly whatsoever...

Planet Fitness Federal Way is my favorite gym. All the staff members are very kind and welcoming. They are constantly sanitizing the equipment and ensuring everyone keeps their masks on and are safe.

What better place can you get a workout in, a tanning session and a massage in one stop! The Fed Way employees are always quick to greet and accommodating if you have any questions! I love my Planet Fitness ❤️ && I am so glad they are open again!

The parking lot looks like it's been recovering from covid-19 as well...a little more crowded but seems unkept. Walking into Planet Fitness was greeted by a friendly staff. Equipment appear to have been well maintained. Restrooms are to one direction then separated...Male/Female. As I walked into the bathroom section (Male restroom), I saw signs on the toilet doors "Temporary out of service". I proceeded to the shower stalls, I noticed some curtains are missing. I went in for the shower. I chose one with double curtains. As I drew the shower, I looked up and noticed the fire sprinkler system? was filthy, rusty, gunks. Yuck! The warm/hot shower I drew wasn't consistent---a few seconds of hot and a few seconds of cold water and low pressure. Done. I walked out of the shower and noticed a staff was cleaning. Prop and respect to hardworking staff! Overall, this PF facility is not the best but not the worst I've seen so far and I'm encouraged by the friendly hardworking staff.
