The gym is clean, equipment is clean. Not very happy with the staff from the moment I started the gym. Seemed bothered by needing to complete my family membership, didn’t explain anything, no walk around or explanation of gym membership(good thing I researched prior to starting). Each time I go in there, the only thing the staff seems happy about is talking amongst themselves. I can not wait to switch home gyms.

I love love love this gym! I go super early in the morning so I’m not sure how it is in the evening but it’s always clean, maybe a treadmill or two out of the 25 they have won’t be working but it’s fixed in a day or two! I love how cheap it is and totally worth the extra ten for the black card for the tanning and other stuff! Plus if i do want out of the year it’s only $50 some odd dollars! Give it a go for the ten a month no commitment!

I decided to come to this gym after I got tired of being really skinny. I was super nervous going to a gym because I had never worked out in my life before. I came with a friend who does work out a lot and he helped ease some of my fears, but everyone here is super welcoming as well. I can't say enough nice things about the staff. The equipment is almost always in good shape, and when something does break down it is always up and running again within a few days. It's a great gym for a great price.Edit: I'm lowering my review as I can't post another one, after the very recent requipping. After changing all of the equipment, there's some things missing now. There are no benches that decline, there's no standing calf raise, no laying leg curl, all stuff I like to use frequently. I'd appreciate if those could return.

Like this gym and how clean and spacious it is, but it's a bummer to see it temporarily closed in the mornings when it says it's 24 hours 5 days a week. Signs like these have been posted twice now and I'm wondering if this will be a habit at this location. Maybe try to call before so you don't waste your time?

I like this gym a lot! The staff there makes me feel welcome and like they are glad to see me. Stephanie made me feel welcome and comfortable the first , and every time I’ve been in there. Juan is also super nice and welcoming. I appreciate the acknowledgement and smile.

Great place, staffs are amazing especially Anna, Cindy, and Ara. The gym is never too crowded and it’s super clean and neat, and the bathroom always smells nice. Yeah some folks don’t ever wipe down the machine after usage but stuffs members are always cleaning and wiping way more then often. Workout classes are awesome and it’s truly a judgment free zone. Overall is a pretty awesome place to relax and spend 1 to 2 hours workout.

One of the better gyms I have ever been to. It can get a little crowded sometimes but not terrible. My only complaint is the black card spa seems to be a little small compared to the amount of people that can work out there. So if it's full your waiting a while to get into any of the booths in the spa

Club is lacking in every way. I've been across the nation and is the reason I us Planet Fitness but I think it's tome to change. The staff here are very unqualified and have no courtesy to the members. The gym it's self doesn't hold up to other gyms lacking all ways including cleanliness.

Wish I could give a minus stars I would. I really like the gym, it's close to the house, price is good, machines are good. Now for the bad, I have noticed people not cleaning their machines after using them, I've even went up to some of them and ask please to clean their machines, they look at me say okay, did they clean it...nope walked off. I told the staff about it, called the staff to let them know, still today I noticed 10+ people walk away from their machine without cleaning. I'm hoping staff will see this and do something, hell, even you all that use the gym and don't clean your machine, might do it. It's a long shot but hey, it's worth a try. I spend good money, I want clean machines.

Been going to this gym almost a year and for the price it's a really good gym. They have gone through recent management change and things seem to be getting even better. They do seem to have broken machines but they do get fixed. People have to understand when machines get used all the time of course they will break but they do get fixed! The only other thing I'm having issues with is the discount when refereing someone. It's been a few months and j haven't gotten it off yet but as I said they had bad management before and they have a huge list to go through to fix that uses along with many more. I would definitely recommend this gym to anyone. It doesn't cost much at all and you can come in as often as you want. Plus I'm always greeted!
