7-28-23I'm a over the road driver using planet fitness for exercise and shower while on the road. Google says that on Fridays you close at 10pm and it was verified recently. This facility closed at 9pm, and staff just left. Please update information so customers can be informed for decision making and minimized waste of time.Sterling

Closes at 7pm on the weekends, but they start shutting things down at 6:30 PM.Weight machines are broken for weeks at a time.Bathrooms are out of order at least once a month if not more.Loved going here but im going to choose another location due to the facility going down hill and the staff literally have no clue what is going on if you ask them.

Very nice gym, always very clean. The staff are all great but especially Angela the front desk attendee, she always greets you with a smile and willing to help you!!

I'm one of those people who visits the gym once a month maybe and a black card member. Seems like every time I've visited lately they reduced their hours by a few and I leave with half my workout done and don't even get to use the spa/massager anymore. I have been fine with paying the black card monthly fee even when I didn't use the gym but seriously it has lost its only appeal for me and I'm just going to cancel it.

I like the size, Machines numbers plus availability to use them, and it's proximity to other stores and businesses. The other ones I frequent here, in Washington.

This is a decent gym. The treadmills seem to be broken often. The hydro massage tables are usually broken as well. They don't have anyone that can offer personal training which is a bummer. But I still come here almost every day to exercise.

I’m in town for work and brought my girlfriend who has a membership in our Home state. Picked her up and she broke down telling me how poorly she was treated by the staff. Edwin confronted her with an aggressive attitude about having her personal backpack with her. My girlfriend asked him nicely that she will always respect the rules but why is she being reprimanded with a disgustingly aggressive attitude when she had no ideas there was such rule. She asked for the manager Mila why she was being treated so poorly by the staff member. Mila could of cared less and told her if she didn’t want to follow the rules she could leave. My girlfriend again is fine with any rules an establishment has in place but why should she be yelled at and mistreated without knowing there was such a rule. My girlfriend allowed them to take her backpack and noticed more than half of the other patrons had their backpacks with them. Why would a staff discriminate one person with a nasty attitude over a simple rule while all other patrons are allowed to obtain their backpacks. Astonishing how the owner would allow such a poorly behavioral staff to be the front of their franchise. Wow
