My experience at planet fitness (320th federal way) was great because the people who work out there are respectful, polite, and do not try to set off the link alarm haha. The staff are friendly, and the locker room isn't dirty. Can't speak for black memberships but I would recommend to anyone who is looking to have a great gym experience

They waste containers are so dirty. The bottles sprays are so dirty . The staff must change inmediatly are unsanitary. The place needs a remodeling cause is old. I love Planet Fitness. Im truck driver and i visiting diferents locations in diferents states. This one Federal way WA , i didnt like it. The lockers and showers are old.

This one in Federal Way seemed nice enough however with all the stuff about covid you would think they would have paper towels in the bathroom and not a blow dryer for your hands. Those things spread germs around. And one lady was told by staff she would get her Joiner fee refunded. When she arrived they said that was not their policy. I don't like the black card membership either. On the other hand if you don't want the extra services then you don't have to pay for them.

I love this location! The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. It's a refreshing change from those clubs where the employees just hang out with each other and ignore the customers. Machines are clean and well maintained. And staff is pro-active in keeping the whole facility clean and a pleasant atmosphere. Highly recommend this location.

Love the Hydro Massage Chairs and Total Body Enhancement Angel Therapy. Even If I go once a day just for the massage then my membership is less then a $1 a day. There is no better price value for membership then Planet Fitness. I love bringing friends and family and working out with them. Love the new Gym in Milton, WA its awesome. Planet Fitness is a defiantly is the best stress reducer place for me. Love you guys.

Hey y'all I'm a long time customer here at federal way planet fitness and if your new and looking through the reviews to find a home gym this is not the place. I recently transferred to Milton right down the street. Due of the lack customer service experience I experience here made my trip sour. This place is packed like sardines the equipment are not thoroughly sanitized. Listen if I really want my money worth ill travel to Milton. So you can take my review and my 1 star and teach their worker some decent common customer service courtesy.

I love this place,Clean GymGreat staff and professional service.In a months they provide me mask every day, I love the respectfully.One thing we would like to install or have this location which most other people want it a punching bag, when I talk with other people regarding punching bag almost most of them want or wish is to have punching bag.And we request here to install a punching bag to complete five starThank you,

I have been going here for about a few months now anywhere from 4-6 days a week and I could not be happier. The staff is always so welcoming and friendly (shout out Greg!). Which is so awesome after the really rough days being treated terribly at my job.The black card amenities are great too! I like to start my workout with some red light therapy to and end it with a nice hydro massage, its so refreshing!I do wish that they had punching bags and a pool to swim laps in, but that can be supplemented with other exercises/activities.

I thought I would hate working out at PF. I only signed up because my teenage son and his friends decided this was the place they all wanted to go and I thought it would be good if we went there together sometimes. Well it has exceeded my expectations during this pandemic and I feel safe going there with its large square footage that allows for proper social distancing and the staff has been super nice helping my teenaged sons work out in a comfortable environment. I love the diversity - from the teens to the octogenarians getting there workout on The members are good about wiping the equipment down which I appreciate.

Great Gym!! Very nice equipments, always clean & pretty big. Greg does a good job. Helping me out when I need it. As well as making sure all cleaning supplies are full. So I can clean the equipment. They have a Good trainer Adam. Who is very helpful & provides good training. On getting back into shape.
