Packed with high school boys who work out in groups of 2-8, often crowding out multiple stations at once. The workout area is very dirty, as is all of the equipment. The younger members rarely put away free weights and do not allow others to work in. In fact, high school boys are often rude and fairly obnoxious. Machines break and are not fixed in a timely manner. The lockers are falling apart and rather than fix them, they just screw them shut. Management is aware of these issues and it has only gotten worse. Dues are very cheap which makes it very congested, especially at peak times.

I've never worked for this company so the response below from the company is odd to say the least and reflects poorly on their response to criticism and reviews. Inappropriate response but cheers and happy holidays (Update 12/25/22) The pads have been fixed but nothing else has so I've changed my review to 3 stars. (Old) I've been a member of multiple gyms in town over the years from corporate to locally owned and this one has honestly been the worst. The gym equipment is sparse here especially when it comes to benches for dumbbell workouts. The rope grips are fraying badly and have not been replaced for months as well. Upkeep of this gym is poor overall and has an adverse effect on actually being able to use available equipment. I will not be renewing my contract here because the upkeep is so bad and I feel I am not getting what I pay for.

management-- can you not afford a repairman or some working cardio equipment? can you at least donate the equipment that doesnt work to open up space? half of the treadmills are dead. over half of the ellipticals are dead or make a crazy noise that cant be drowned out with headphones.i also get its expensive to cool down a building of that size, but its way too hot upstairs.

I really wish the gym would spring from some new cardio equipment. Only about 3 of the many ellipticals work without some kind of hitch/issue. Please invest in equipment repairs or new machines!I also wish cardio machines were cleaned more. Water bottle slots are filled with crumbs.

No Olympic lifting! I know the map specifically says there are Olympic lifting platforms which is technically true but there aren't any bumper plates so you can't drop the bar and they will ask you not to drop the weights. So don't expect to Oly lift here at all. That said, it's a pretty decent gym. Its really clean, has lots of equipment, and the staff was very friendly. The three day free pass is definitely worth it.

I absolutely love this gym, it never feels crowded no matter the amount of people. It has all the machines you could need. They also have plenty of dumbells and cardio machines. As well as very friendly and professional staff, and all seem to know what they are doing. 11/10

Have to give credit where credit is due!! Huge shoutout to David Anthony at Zone Athletic Club!! Before having David as my personal trainer I had a lot of pain from a neck surgery and a lower back surgery. I was managing it with lots of Advil. David took the time to help me get things moving properly and gain the strength in the muscles that needed it! I’m now to the point Of being 98% pain free. I’m stronger and more fit thanks to David. While he pushes you to push yourself he always asks “how’s the body feeling” and he will take a step back to show you how to stretch or work your body in different ways to eliminate pain! I appreciate Zone for having a quality person like David that is knowledgeable and personable at the same time! Thank you David!! I highly recommend David if your ready to feel good again!!

Today men's showers #2 and #3 have no soap. The shower faucets on #1 and #3 and door handle on #1 have been broken for months. I complain about no soap at least once a week - sometimes twice a week - and have needed to do so for many, many months. Ever since this site changed ownership and management, the maintenance and cleaning regimen have degraded substantially and the staff simply dosent give a $!@#.

We have cancelled this membership numerous times, they keep saying it’s cancelled and then we receive another bill the next month. Folks, this is exhausting. We have done our part, do yours. Buyer beware for those considering joining.Hi Molly! It’s me again! I’ve called and I’ve come by. Your gym took another payment from the kid today. She went in 2 months ago and cancelled, you all never processed it. And you’ve still taken payments. So today you took another payment when she went in to cancel again. My kid is a HS kid, a member of this local community and you all scammed her. No one returns our calls. Then your payment company calls her twice in a row this afternoon and they are demanding payment. You all need to clean up your business snd stop taking advantage of local kids.Shameful. Pitiful.I felt bad for the staff at the desk today, they don’t have a MOD and “can’t help”.Give them a raise! A bonus for getting more money from a kid.

Basic gym with unethical practices. They try to make you jump through hoops to cancel, require a letter then pretend they never receive it. I had to send mine a second time certified. They still charged me. They increased their rates after covid and switching over names without informing people they would do so to all the cards already on file. They continued to charge me for months and months till I realized I was still being billed. Then they had the nerve to say they never got it but I could pay to cancel. They are a nightmare to deal with, it is really not worth it. I just got another email saying I owe them for this month after many emails with their headquarters who literally give zero cares.I now have to take time out of my schedule to file complaints with the local and federal business authorities about their unlawful credit card practices.Any responses from management to the hundreds of bad reviews saying the same thing is a JOKE. They are fully aware of what they are doing and have no intention on doing the right thing, and or canceling memberships when they are asked too.
