I had a membership to this gym back when it first opened as True Fit. I ended up getting a free membership since I worked in the mall area and my paid membership was deactivated. I stopped going to the gym since I moved away, but received a call a year and half later (now Zone Athletic) claiming that I never ended my membership/contract and that I owe a few hundred dollars to the gym. I just received a letter from a debt collector today.TL;DR The prices are really good, but read the fine print because they don't bother to mention what you're signing for and will charge you way more than what's promised

So far so good! I have multiple gym memberships because I like getting in at least 6 workouts a week and I'm always traveling and on the road.Anyway, this one is starting to grow on me only 2 or 3 weeks in at this one, and their unique format makes it pretty appealing and their equipment all seems to be functional and up to date 👍

Excellent selection of free weights, cable machines, etc. Facility was always clean. Loved being able to use the sauna after a workout. Would highly recommend. Best value for your money in Fort Collins!!!

Great gym if you like working out with a bunch of high school boys with absolutely NO gym etiquette—especially since most don’t even have a membership. The only time to work out without being harassed or having equipment taken mid-set is 5 am. Could be an awesome gym if management actually did something about it.

This is one of the best gyms in fort Collins. The hours are great. The childcare is amazing. I've been going here since they built trufit and opened. I have had very few complaints. Mainly when it was trufit not zone. I will continue to workout here because of how friendly the staff is and well they have just the right amount of equipment. They have more equipment then most bigger gyms at quadruple the price.

Initially I enjoyed going to this gym the staff were friendly and helpful but recently they have been charging me for training sessions I never asked for and they said I signed a 6 month contract for 4 training session a month once I actually looked at the contract It wasn’t my signature but they had signed it themselves and said it was me who signed it. I’ve been asking for a month to get my money refunded and all I’ve been getting is empty promises and no money back. I’ve heard many similar stories about this gym and will not be going back here and I suggest to never trust this place with your money.

I have been going here for about 3 years. It is extremely affordable and my rate has never changed. The front desk staff are always welcoming and helpful! I go in the morning and it is never overly crowded. They have a decent amount of equipment and I Iditarod don't have to wait for a machine. My only complaint is sometimes the cleaner or paper towels run out and it seems like they don't check on it frequently.

Front desk staff are the rudest customer service people I have ever encountered. Just read through some of the other review, and make sure to read the replies as well. That's just a taste of the lack of professionalism at this place. It would be a great gym if it weren't for the incompetent leadership and shady business practices.I'm much happier paying a little more for 24hr, and in the end it's probably about the same cost after all the fees this place charges on top of the membership cost. Both are full of bros, both make a hard sell when you try to quit, this place charges you fees on fees after you join, fees when you quit (if you can even get them to let you), and the staff are the worst.Oh, and the last time I was in there was a guy coughing all over the place without a mask, staff walked by and couldn't have cared less. I don't mean a cough from being winded, he was using one of the machines and was coughing so much he could barely do the exercises.

Doing the math on the annual membership you are looking at $33.50 per month (advertised $20/month). Seems a little ridiculous that the "fees" increase the price by about %60. The annual commitment also charges you for 13 months even though you are getting 12. The initial fee includes a first and last month $20 fee PLUS they charge you for 11 months over the year. The ones running it are either bad at math or just don't care about ripping you off. You're also not getting any initial fitness test or any onboarding process. They tried over a month after I started going to the gym and cancelled on me twice. So long as your expectations are very low and you're just looking for a gym that you can 100% navigate yourself, it's not a bad place. Don't expect much of anything in the way of staff/professionalism as they pretty much just keep the lights on.

Told us it was a month-to-month membership when we signed up. Went to cancel because of Covid and they said we signed a 1 yr contract!!! Never stopped charging our credit card during Covid when they were closed!!! Submitted paperwork for a 2 month reimbursement but have not seen a dime! Never received a single email or communication about membership status or payment policies when the gym was closed. Haven't been there since March 2020 and they have been charging us for 2 memberships this whole time. I understand that gyms are in a tough spot financially, but so are we. I will not be going back even after this pandemic ends. I will be recommending to everyone I know to stay away from this gym.
