Horrible gym. Horrible customer service. Judgemental environment where the employees shame you for not coming in "often enough". Bottom line they just want your money and will trick you into these terrible contracts and lie to you about the terms. This gym is dirty and no money is put into the upkeep. Just goes to show how little 24 hour fitness cares about their customers. Your money is better spent at LA or Crunch or literally anywhere else.

This is a great gym. It has everything you will need to meet your goals. Also the employees are friendly and approachable. Also, they have personal trainers who are very helpful. Tianna Prince was able to listen to my fitness goals, and identity things that had room for improvement. All the staff is all great when it comes to customer service. Will definitely return.

I give this gym 4 out of 5 stars.Taking in consideration the fact that, this is a busy place, it is expected to encounter some issues.Like the men's locker room needs to be cleaned up more often, this includes the showers and restrooms as well as the sauna and steam room. But since I am not a problematic individual, I do not make a big deal about it and I enjoy it as it comes.The staff always greets me. So give it a try and be realistic and open minded, otherwise stay home. Lots of parking
