They have all different styles of work outs to fit the way you choose to do so. I love that black card members also get to use the massage chair to decompress after a workout.

Love cardio and only cardio? This is the place for you!Want to lift any reasonable semblance of weights? Good luck!I will say that the staff has been amazing, friendly and helpful so not a single complaint in that area!Almost all of the free weights are just somehow missing, and if you want to use a rope on a cable machine, do like I do and bring my own from home because there are only 2 in the entire building.Do you want the cable machine you’re working on to move around as others work on it as well and have it almost tip over because they didn’t tack it to the floor? Do you want to have to guess at which weight you’re lifting because the brand new machines are missing the weight labels?I’ve given this exact feedback every time they send me a review link and every time they don’t do anything about it.This is what you get for $23/month.

Nice place and nice employees. However when you tell them half of their treadmills are messing up (i.e., loud noises, faulty buttons, etc.) they say ok thanks and then nothing happens. Now more and more of the equipment is unusable.
