Belmont location is always clean. Friendly staff

They just upgraded all of the equipment, including adding 2 more Smith machines (which was definitely needed). They really went the extra mile. I still wish they would go back to 24/7, but I am sure they have a reason for not doing so.

one of the best planet fitnesses i’ve went to.very clean, very nice friendly staff happy to help you and great machines the only thing I don’t like is that they changed the glute machine to another machine which is still used for glutes but me personally loves the old version better.over all great gym.

For whatever reason Valerie had against my mother for asking for assistance today was beyond ridiculous. As some of us know, the app will not load when you first sign up. My mother asked them for help to sign in and Valerie apparently stated that she couldn’t help my mom check in to workout. My mother asked her if she could pull up her account by using her telephone number, Valerie stated she couldn’t use that. When my mother traveled to another location, they helped my mother without hesitation. I hope Valerie gets some customer service training soon! This was the gym my mother signed up for! SMH

This is what it's all about for customer service and providing an up-to-date clean facility for their customer base. This planet fitness just updated 90% of their equipment with brand new machines. Place is always clean, always puts their customer base first with a customer service updated equipment or clean facilities. This is the only planet fitness I go to.THANK YOU

I really enjoy working out here, but their staff member by the name of Venus is the reason for this low rating. Her demeanor is overbearing and invasive which interferes with your enjoyment at this facility. The last thing you want to deal with during and after a good workout is an overbearing mothering personality.

I’ve been coming here since it first opened. I recently just joined my mother for a membership here.. The “manager” Valerie said she couldn’t put my mother phone number in to search her up. I’ve never had an issue using my phone number because sometimes the planet fitness app does not work for months no matter how many times I download and redownload. I don’t know if it’s an issue with Planet Fitness app but it’s something they need to work on and fix. Never once have I’ve been told no you can’t use a phone number, now mine you we just needed to get a picture took for her new membership. I will be cancelling both. Most likely I think it’s just discrimination because my mother doesn’t read or speak much English, when asked to speak to me so I could explain, they wouldn’t even talk to me until I called up there. All my mother needed was help downloading it and they said they couldn’t help with downloading or show how to use the app. I thought planet fitness was friendly with their customer service but these two front ladies were not. Y’all need to do better with customer service!

I bought a membership for 25 bucks right away. New quality equipment. Not over crowded. Everything you need to enjoy getting back in shape. I go 3 X a week. Last time I didn't see the 2 hours go by. Feels good to feel my muscles.Reccomended!!!

I love this club and the staff very clean very friendly. My only concern and I know I share this with most members who use free weights or Hammer Strength bench presses. There are only five in movable incline benches but seven workout stations to use them at always leaving people waiting till someone is done with one so they can move it to the station where they need it. Also it is a popular opinion amongst the gym goers that I speak to in that is many the Hammer Strength bench presses could be doubled from 3 to 6 if one two three rows of cardio were eliminated also the free weight area could be doubled with the same action. Even during peak times only roughly 50% of all cardio is ever being used. As people who are strength training have to wait 15 30 even 45 minutes in line sometimes to get on an incline bench or Hammer Strength bench press. I brought this up to management and they say that they pass this along to ownership and that it is a common complaint. Other than that I love Planet Fitness in Belmont it is truly a judgement-free Zone
