I miss my old PF in South Charlotte. This 1 is very busy, equipment is tired, there is always a wait for benches, this location could use more ceiling fans, and I really liked the lockers that had combo locks on them (kept the locker room less busy).

Belmont gym I have a black card and was told today that I cannot use the hydrobed with a guest no more than 1 time . Been using it for 3 years never told before. Now the guest must have black card to use.

Great staff, always clean… PLEASE GO BACK TO 24/7 SERVICES… hate waiting Mondays or the weekends to go in because of the limited hours. Some regulars (like myself) got their memberships because of this prior to Covid. Covid isn’t necessarily gone but things are back normal and so should the 24/7 judgement free zone.

The staff is always wonderful to deal with. Friendly and happy to help. The facility is always so clean and they work nonstop on making sure that it stays that way. Great in every way !!!
