Not enough room, tanning beds are nasty, too crowded. The help always just stand in a bunch and talk amonst themselves. Also was charged ANOTHER $40 YEARLY FEE FOR THE SECOND TEAR. When asked why, the said for equipment up keep. Why do we have to pay for the up keep of their equipment?? Just ridiculous. You pay $20 a month to use what little equipment is available, then they also want you to pay for the up keep of it?! Ridiculous. Will never get another dollar from me or my family. Just canceled 6 memberships on them. I can see the one time yearly membership fee, but not every year you have it!!!

Love this planet fitness and the people that work here. tanning beds always clean, decent amount of equipment. the only thing is i really wish there was more space to use the free weights, and the mirrors were to the floor or went at least lower. otherwise i do like this gym, especially compared to the one in gastonia!

Great gym, I was very impressed by the cleanliness, atmosphere, and well-maintained machines. The general manager is awesome. I came in with an issue I was having that I was having, I was pretty disgruntled and ended up leaving with a smile! Probably treated better than I should have been to in my mood, but kind none the less.

The staff is terrific. Especially Joan and John. Always professional and cordial. I never have to wait for a hydro massage or chair. They are extremely attentive with great customer service skills. Way to go team Belmont! Keep it up. Your efforts are extremely appreciated.

Nice sized gym with good equipment and definitely the best PFit on this side of Charlotte. The staff is great and everything works or is fixed almost immediately. Keep up the good work and I will keep coming back.

I am new to PF, but so far I am very impressed with the amount of equipment they have, the option to tan, and enjoy a hydro massage all for about $22 a month. They offer multiple classes all through out the day. Not to mention being able to bring a guest for free. It always smells good in here and the large industrial fans keep the air moving so it doesn’t feel like a sweat box. I would love more locations here in Charlotte, but it was only 15 minutes from my house.

Great facility with good staff. I mainly use it mid week during the daytime so don't run into the crowds not sure about evenings or mornings. Personally don't think the gym programs are all that hot would recommend checking out the YMCA if that's what you're looking for.

Great gym and at a WAY better location than previously by the dealership. Staff is always welcoming and it's rather quite around 11pm. I just wished it was 24/7 so it could work with my work schedule.

The positives are this is an extremely clean, well maintained facility with awesome staff as far as customer service and assistance is concerned because it's understood the staff at PF 's are not training or nutritional experts. This location has it's busy moments, especially with the "resolutioners", but isn't as crammed as some of the other locations. --**--Negatives would be the variation in hours of operation, the missing pieces of equipment such as flat benches, side lateral machine, a preacher curl bench and just as of recently a scale in the men's locker room. That being said you can still train everything through alternative means if you know what you're doing. Try it out, it's only $10

The place is okay. Although staff seem friendly. Had problems with them charging my account when I was told a different date which caused my account to go negative. When I called to complain all they said was sorry and did not seem to care at all. They said it was a miscommunication but no one ever seems to take responsibility for these things and there are no consequences
