Probably the nicest gym I’ve ever been to, make sure you go to Arinehs Zumba class

Everything breaks stay that way for 2 months then get a micky mouse job works for a week and then breaks again. O and steam room hasn't worked for the last 4 months

Kind of scared to come here due to the reviews and my friends literally telling me they don’t like this gym in specific but ima give it a try. I just got my memebership and this will be my first gym

The manager here is HORRIBLE - not sure who forgot to love this man as a child but he is rude condescending and he comes off super self righteous… Not sure why he still works here, it seems he is the only major problem with this location… otherwise the gym is solid, clean and decently spaced out….

It's a beautiful gym, but the management is horrible. My son and I joined. They pushed their trainers on us and we mistakenly paid for them. We tried scheduling and couldn't make anything work since their available times were totally inconvenient. They inisted meeting with both of us at the same time. My don is an adult and has a different schedule than I do. After 2 months of this hassle, we decided to give up. For the last 2 months, I keep getting the run around about a refund. When I try to talk to a person, that person is not there. When I call, there is no one available. My messages are ignored. They also promised me a copy of the contract after we signed up. Never received it.

I signed up for a trial period at Gold Gym Glendale Galleria and the man (MARVIN) said that in the trial period I only paid 4 dollars, I never went to the gym and called to cancel on the 6 day, they made it impossible for me to cancel because according to them I had to call on the 5 day. Now they want to charge me hundreds of dollars and take my account to collection. The man was Marvin, a disgusting liar and the manager did nothing to handle the situation. I am a foreigner and that is why they take advantage to commit fraud. So people don't believe on that 7 days trial "No Obligation" it's no true. Those Big posters they have everywhere about a trial, they are not true. Unless you are American and know their trick but me I am not from here I didnt know they trick people. Anyway way I called the police and they say to write on BBB and also write to the Attorney General. I havent done it yet but at this point I just want people to be aware. They wont get a cent from me I have cancelled my bank card.

I called to talk about a billing issue when I was transferred to the "general manager" by the name of Tribon Andry, it was a disaster. He was rude and condescending and ended just abruptly hanging up on me before I could give my new card information. Tribon Andry is a terrible manager if this is how he handles calls from paying customers and hopefully he doesnt teach his aggressive behavior to subordinates trying to be managers. Terrible manager. In addition to terrible customer service this is whay we pay for a broken part on a machine is "fixed" with zip ties instead of the actual part(s) necessary this what they charge us for their "maintenance" month. What a scam! Lose bolts and nuts washers on the floor, like they want a lawsuit.

Gold‘s gym Jordan is the real gold‘s gym.. this one here is just a nightmare! The gym is too busy and over crowded over booked you can’t train in peace. It’s real when you start to think that planet fitness is a better alternative.. machines are busy all the time free weights are thrown everywhere the place smells and is not clean. Staff and management are so damn rude! You would find a better treatment in a person‘s gym! No respect at all although we are paying for their salaries. You can drop weights in a deadlift you can and can’t this and that .. half of the machines are broken and the gym smells bad with zero hygiene.. This gym is horrible over all please do something or just close your business ..

Super modern tons of amenities future of classes easy to get into. I would recommend highly

The gym is always packed. The machines spend weeks being out of order and one being fixed so that then two go out of service. Honestly I think that customer service wise it’s great. Facilities and upkeep wise it’s lacking
