Oh no guys. This gym is so busy no matter what time you go there. Is there any norm about maxium capacity of people? Or you admit memberships regardless the fact that members should wait in the line for 5-10 mins to use the machine? Some machines are out of service for a long time. Steam room is not working for over a month. Showers smell too bad.If this is your model of the gym, then the price for membership should be no more than $10 a month! And the WORST EXPERIENCE that a new comer can ever have is the people at the front desk who’s are pretending to be trainers, are trying to sell their training services. This is horrible when someone who has a deformed fat body, is trying to convince that he can ba a good trainer and help you to achieve your goals. In another words, the negative things are lot more than the positive ones.I canceled my membership today and recommend you to find a another place for workout!

The gym is always overcrowded and most of the equipment is worn out and out of order. The steam room has been out of order for over a month and nobody is doing anything about it, instead, they are increasing the monthly membership rate.

Gold's Gym in Glendale, CA currently offers 7 days free pass for people to try the gym, I scheduled my free pass online, and I wanted to try the gym for one time at first (I've never tried Gold's Gym, I used to be 24 hours fitness member and now I'm an LA fitness member). Long story short, before heading to the gym, they called me telling me you cant use the one or 7 days free pass unless I'm a Glendale resident. I was like, why does that matter, if I'm trying the gym, I'm not trying Glendale Gym, I'm trying to see the whole brand. Additionally, I told them I'm not a Glendale resident, but my work space is in Glendale, so I'm planning to go to the gym before or after work before heading back to home. This was the worst experience with a gym, and I will never think of either trying any Gold's Gym or for sure sign up for a membership.

I came to gold gym to work out and they didn't let me to work out because they can't activate my pass(Manager Keaneau and assistant Marvin). I came yesterday and they told me to come here for free 7 days free pass and they were asking for $40 day pass. They could easily told me yesterday about this and the manager was trying to do a business. I asked to let me to do exercise today because I came to gold gym because their fault and mistake but they were trying to charge me $40. Very bad customer service.

The gym is incredibly busy. You have to wait in line for the simulator for 10 minutes. Due to the greed of the club's managers, who want to sell as many memberships as possible, they set an inadequately low cost of attendance. As a result, there are an infinite number of schoolchildren in the gym, who occupy all the simulators and chat. If the cost of the gym would be at least $70, then this would weed out some people and make sports much more comfortable. I do not recommend this gym. Among other things, things are stolen from the locker rooms and the showers are very dirty. Many people go to the sauna in street clothes and shoes.

I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the overall customer experience I have encountered during my time with Gold Gym- Glendale location.I had goals to lose weight for my health problem and my upcoming wedding ceremony. I chose Gold Gym as the venue to pursue my fitness journey. I was initially convinced to opt for the 20-sessions personal training package instead of the 9-session package by their representative that it would come with certain benefits, including the waiver of the monthly membership fee for two months upon purchasing the 20 sessions.Regrettably, my experience since then has been far from satisfactory. Upon signing up and attending the evaluation session, I eagerly awaited a call from a personal trainer to schedule my training sessions. However, nearly a month went by, and I did not receive any communication from Gold Gym. I made multiple trips to the gym inquiring about the delay, only to be met with confusion and uncertainty from various staff members. Finally, after 4 visits, someone was assigned as my personal trainer. On the first session, he failed to show up for our scheduled session without prior notice. On the second session When he did arrive, he was notably late about 40 minutes, causing further inconvenience to my already busy schedule.Furthermore, I observed that despite assurances that the monthly membership fee would be waived for the first two months, I was still charged on my credit card .This discrepancy was brought to the attention of the gym staff, and after several attempts and discussions with two managers at the Gym, they reassured me for getting credit for the charge the next month, but only to repeat the mistake the following months.Additionally, I was promised a session with another trainer for weekend, which was not rendered as I decided to cancel my membership, and yet Gold Gym has recorded this session as rendered and charged me accordingly. Not only I could reach my health goal, but only I went through alot of emotional stress, my time wasted, and financial burdens and spending a lot of time taking to my credit card company.Don't trust the gold gym, they have horrible customer service and use this tactic to trick you and steel your money by over charging your credit card.

Just stay away from this gym. The gym is always overcrowded and busy. You won’t be able to workout properly due to the extreme overcrowding.

Very rude staff. I was out of town but planning to move to LA. I tried to come in to get some kind of pass or assistance to work out and I was refused. I was treated like I was a burden. I was told I needed to pay 40 dollars to work out for one day. I went to 24 Hour Fitness and the staff was kind and accommodated me and I’ll look to sign up with them when I move. I don’t recommend this location.

Let's start with the fact that it doesn't matter what part of the day what day of the week you go to train,it is impossible to find a parking space in the parking lot,and about the gym, you just have to wait 15-20 minutes at any simulator until it is free to train. In general, it’s impossible to train, you just wait 15-20 minutes each time to train one exercise! The sauna is very weak, many exercise machines do not work. The place is very small, there are a lot of people! I do not advise.
