Gold's Gym

Terrible customer service. Spoke on the phone with someone and told them my situation. Essentially, I’m here for the summer and am looking for a gym, but wanted a day pass first. After driving there, filling out forms, and taking a tour, I was told I was ineligible for a day pass because I was not a permanent resident. At this point I had already wasted 30 mins between forms, conversations, and a tour (not including driving). Save yourself the visit.

This gym is always crowded. Therefore, I end up with a workout that is not up to par. You have people who feel that they are entitled to the equipment as if you do not have a membership that you pay once a month and a yearly fee for equipment that's worn out from overuse.

The gym is clean and neat. It does not have a pool and jacuzzi however it does have a massage chair amenity for an extra $10.00 a month

I usually never write bad reviews on companies, but they really crossed the line. Horrible experience. Someone inside the locker room broke my lock, took away substantial amount of cash from my wallet and left my backpack in another locker that wasn’t originally mine (and I barely found it after, but the money was gone). When I went to the front desk, their only response was “Sorry, I can’t do anything about it”. Overall, HORRIBLE experience and HORRIBLE customer service. NEVER GO HERE!

THEY WILL NOT PROVIDE YOU WITH FREE MONTHS IF YOU TRY TO CANCEL THE MEMBERSHIP. I tried cancelling and they promised me they would give me a month free. I did not cancel and accepted the free month and they still charged me for the month. Angela is nice, but she can not help you as none of the managers have the answers. The billing is handled by some retention team that you can not get a hold off. I sent multiple emails to the retention team and never heard back. Do not fall for the scam of them not charging you if you try to cancel!!!!!!!!

Highly recommend although people may have different experiences with gym. there is definitely some good fitness plans for your body type, especially for people who have different fitness goals. They make you feel comfortable about joining the gym . This is not just any gym . This is our 2nd home so please respect it and others around you including yourself. Also wanted to give major props to Arlington(prince) . Very professional and knowledgeable. He was respectful and went above and beyond . Golds gym has been a great experience and a positive impact in the community .Thanks again.!-Gym Rat

Museum was very informative and I liked the scenes of Kuwait life. Lot of the museum was closed ( one museum section) . But the museum was free and air conditioned. I liked the Arabic boat and relics.

I love getting my personal training sessions here. It’s a nice large gym that has a variety of equipment. I would give it five stars instead of four, but I did contract my first (and only case) of COVID-19 here so they should up their cleaning protocols. I’d love it if they had the disinfectant sprays and towels on the workout floor so that people could more frequently clean exercise machines once they’re done with them. Please fix the Aqua Massage chairs as well! I love them, lolMy other issue is when you call and need someone to call back? It usually does not happen :(

Amazing gym, always clean and well kept. The staff is always nice and friendly. Especially the guy named Tito.

Overall good gym. Clean and friendly.I am paying the second tier for towel service, and I asked them when they bring back the service. They were very vague.————-I read the reply from the owner and I appreciate it, but any comments on towel service?That’s the main point.
